The entire camp was complicating. I spent most of my day getting lost in the woods and on my way around. I didn't know exactly where was the arena or when I was supposed to report to it. When I finally made it, I had missed most of the lesson, although The blonde kid was nice about it. Appearantly he was a child of Zeus, which also was rare, but I still felt like he was better than me. After a five minute lesson, I was defeated seven times. Twice by the teacher, Mr Grace or as he perfers Jason. He sported a pretty casual attire, a pair of taped jeans styled American Eagle and a purple v neck. Everybody else but myself, wore an orange tee which read Camp Half-blood. I wondered what that was about, but considering the shirt was ugly, I decided not to care.
After swordsmenship class, Jason and I walked around. I told him everything about the girl I had seen yesterday. She was amazing and I needed to find her. "I see," Jason said.
"So, you're the new demigod. I figured yoi were abit odd. Well, Her name is Mia, she's the daughter of Hecate. Normally they aren't that agressive, but since she's been here ever since she was ten, she kinda hates a lot of things. It's something usual really, when I presented myself as a demigod of Jupiter, she kinda was the only one unfazed."
"So Mia, is a bit of an unrealist." I asked.
Jason smiled. "What ever that means?"
After walking around, I met up with Mia at the climbing course. She was this amazing girl. I had a feeling she was more like my dream girl rather than a nightmare come true. Smiling, I watched her, as she got down the climbing way, and wiped her forehead. Taking a drink of water, she looked down at me as I clapped.
"Why are you clapping?" she asked. "More importantly, how did you find me?" She asked.
"It took a while, but I noticed you were here when I walked by. I was going to the beach, appearantly there's one on the otherside of the camp."
Mia smiled. "That's fine." She murmured. "But, I know one thing, you're no friend of mine." Mia turned. I gazed at her confused. "What do you mean, why can't I be your friend? Friends don't hurt right?" I squeezed out of my throat. Inside, blosters of hot air and heart ache began to form.
"Because, my mother is Hecate, I won't decide to be you're friend. Your kind isn't to be trustes. In myths the girl always ends up hurt." She muscled. I stared at her confused and angery. This was the second time, that someone had used that term. My kind. What did that mean?! I wasn't a freak. I wasn't a dog! I can't be classified as a kind.
Anger build up in my eyes, based off her expression. I didn't want to be the outcast. I didn't want to be the freak. But something told me, I aslo didn't want to hurt this girl. She may be my worse nightmare come to life. But she was also my favorite dream come to life.
Calming down, I nodded. "Fine, but I'll still consider you my friend. Because, even if you tried to kill me. I know you like this challenge. I know, you like me too." With a faint smile, she walked away. I just stood there for the next hour just staring at the spot she stood at.
Wondering, how on earth I could get this girl to like me, I began realize, it was getting late.

Try again. Remeber to measure Percy's current age. The contents page tells you his age if you need help. You'll know when you got it because of that strange feeling. If anything you could reread chapter 6 to confirm the actual age. Remember how old she was and percy was during her arriveal.
