The camp games started at seven. It was a test of strength against the other campers. The good thing was that Scar was on my team, seeing as to her being new and the fact that Bellona didn't have any Greek children. I sported chainmail, a Greek battle armor breastplate and had my trusted sword in my hand. Appearantly, the sword was an old replica of the same one that Theseus had used in the Ancient Lands, whatever that meant.

Racing through through the forest I made my way towards the flag. That's where Scar had been stationed. If I could make it to her in time, I could help her. I could make sure she was protected. With a wave of water, I was tossed against a tree. Blood coughed up from my mouth, as I spant out mucus and blood. Blurred and beaten, I refocused my eyes to find a teenager with a red warriors outfit. He stood armed and ready. At first, I thought it was Percy, but then I realized he was nothing older than sixteen.

"Gotcha!" He smiled. "You're new around here aren't you? Nicolas? The son of Hermes, right?" I nodded, rising to my feet. "I see word travels fast, around here." I wiped my lips, as I gazed at the kid.

"Hydrokinesis? So you're Percy's brother right? Chris Rivera." I smiled, taking a firm grip on my sword, I waved it ready for battle. "I never thought, you'd attack me."

"Percy sent me, as a challenge. He expects a great deal of strength from you." Chris replied. With a quick flicker of his finger, a cloud of dust swirled around me. Launching myself forward, our blades collided.

The metals danced, causing noise to refract over and over through the trees. Slowly, I overwhelmed him as we danced closer toward a ditch. Knocking his blade out of his hands, I marked his chin. His eyes wollowed in fear and hesitation as I bared an emotionless face.

"Son of Poseidon." I smiled. "Well, I would say, you need a little practice." In a wave of winds, I turned to see Percy. He was still in sweatpants and an orange tee. Holding a blade, he smiled.

"Maybe, you're good enough to fight me." He said. With a quick assult, our blades matched. Side swipping my blade, I fell to the ground amazed and uneased. I've never fought someone so sturdy before, let alone someone I couldn't easily beat.

Rising up, I charged at him again, to his blade easily block and deflect me right back again. Shock filled my face. This guy, he was one a whole nother league. Slowly, I began shaking. Fear was consuming me. Was this how it felt for all those monsters? Was this the feeling of complete and utter terror? Or was it something else?

Silently, Percy began his approach. "Don't lose your nerve." He said attacking, quickly I blocked his attack. "Fear is the best thing that helps you. Don't let it consume you! If you do, in battle you'll die." Pushing his blade back, my blade flipped out of my hand. Amazed, I fell back on the ground frightened and intimidated. It was no use. I knew I wasn't going to win this fight. It was a twenty year old man against a teenager. In reality the only thing I could think about was the Ancient Romans. He was the starved lions, and I was the gladiator. It was safe to say, if I continued like this, I was going to die. . .

After hearing a cry, I awoke. Appreantly you could blackout if your afriad. Or at least that's what Percy said. We sat in forest ditch hearing swords clash through the distant trees. For most of it, Chris told me he was relitively new here, having arrive only a month ago. He was also not satisfied with his father.

Rising up, I took a strong breath. "Alright, well thanks for the training lesson. But I gotta go find, Scar."
Chris smiled. "Aren't Mia and Annabeth testing her?" He asked Percy. Percy was slient. He didn't say anything, but his eyes read yes.

"I'm going!" I called out, as I ran away headed towards the flag. I knew that Scar was tough, but if Percy was tough enough, who was to say Annabeth wasn't just as strong and if not stronger. Concerned I ran full speed towards the flag in order to help.

Notes

Nick is stronger than Chris. But not enough to match Percy. I hope you guys liked seeing Percy at an overwhelming high. Please comment rate and subscribe. Please note, I've noticed that Annabeth is in my opinion stronger than Percy, when it comes to combat, so. . . yeah. Please comment, rate and subscribe. I would really appreciate feedback! Thanks, hope you enjoy.
