Percy Jackson Next Generation
Chapter 2
When we got to the apartment i saw my dad sitting on the couch watching t.v but what caught my attention was two other people in the apartment.
"Annabeth why are you home from work?,oh" he said finally looking at me i didn't want to answer any questions so i went down the hall and into my room ignoring my father calling after me.
I sat on my bed for what felt like hour's when finally my father came in and sat beside me it was silent for a few minutes until he spoke up.
"Me and your mother are going to the bookstore want to come?" i thought for a second i don't really read books but i should go.
"Yeah i will go i guess" i answered "well then lets get going" he said getting up and leaving the room with me following close behind him.

I looked around at all the books their were so many piled high to the ceiling i followed my parents to the section marked Greek mythology. I watched as my mother looked at all the books until she stopped and suddenly turned very pale.
"Percy look at this" she said shakily pointing at some books called the heroes of Olympus and the Percy Jackson and the Olympians.
Wait a minute Percy Jackson that's my dad's name! i watched as my father took my mother to the car pausing long enough to tell me that i should keep looking for books.
But the truth was i already found the book i want to read i quickly picked up all the books for the first and second series of the Percy Jackson books. I mean who could blame me about wanting to read and see if it's about my father?.
I went to the front desk and payed for all the books i watched as he bagged the books i shifted from foot to foot impatient. Finally he finished and handed my the bag i thanked him and made my way out the door.
When i got inside the car i made sure that the bag was covered so they wouldn't see what books i got. "So did you find any interesting books?" my mother asked turning around to face me. "Yeah you could say that" i said smiling at my inside joke lets just say i got a lot of reading ahead i thought to myself.
