Percy Jackson and the Creator: The Creator's Trick

The mission failed horribly. After Percy woke up from being knocked out over half the Hunters had fallen. Meredith was trying to help kill Medusa with the little hunters that were left, and Thalia was fighting Luke. Jason was watching Bianca. Percy struggled to his feet. Medusa turned a Hunter to stone and killed another. She was in her true form. He head was still Aunty Em, but her body was completely scaly and green. She had a tail as large as a tree trunk. She wrapped her tail around a Hunter and squeezed. Percy heard her spine snap from where he was. Percy summoned a portal. "Everyone through the portal, we're going back to Camp!" Jason lifted Bianca and ran as fast as he could to Percy. Jason went through the portal. Next a few of the Hunters scrambled to him and made it through. Meredith was close behind them. Medusa started towards him. Percy closed his eyes and pointed his hand towards her. Black energy shot out and he heard a grunt and a huge thud. Percy looked at Thalia. She kicked Jason back, and shot him with lightning.Thalia sprinted to him and through the portal. Percy followed closing it. They were standing in the dining pavilion. Thalia was checking on her hunters. There were 7 of them left. Meredith was sitting at the Poseidon table. She looked like she was in pain. "Ok, Thalia get Jason to Chiron. Your Hunters can go to their cabin. We'll meet up tonight after dinner." They all dispersed leaving Percy and Meredith. Percy went and sat down beside her, "So that went well." Meredith laughed. "Your idea of well and my idea of well are very different. Percy you lost one of your men, do you not feel the pain of that?" Percy sighed and ran his hand through his hair. He had been trying not to think about it. "I've lost so many friends throughout my life as a demigod, that I try not to let people know what I'm feeling. The last person I could open up to like that was…Annabeth." Meredith shifted until she was laying her head in his lap. "Percy, you need to let your feeling out. On Olympus if I didn't let my feelings out no one would hear me." Percy ran his hand through her hair. "What was it like being on Olympus? Seeing dad every day?" Meredith took Percy's hand, "I hardly ever saw him. I mostly was in his temple trying to find something to do. Mastering my powers or training. You know back when you fought Kronos on Olympus and all those times you came I was watching. Dad told me not to show myself, so I just watched." Percy squeezed her hand, "So you’ve been on Olympus all this ti-" Percy was cut off by an explosion coming from the Big House. The old house went up in flames. Percy and Meredith jumped up. Percy drew his sword. "Meredith, go get the Hunters. I'm going to help." Percy sprinted for the Big House, or what was left. Campers were engaged in battle with other men. As Percy got closer he realized them men weren’t normal. They were completely red. No face o body features, just red humanoid figures. They all carried red swords. Percy ran towards the closest one. Percy dodged a slash and cut the crim in half. A bright hot flash of red smacked Percy onto his back. The crim had exploded. They exploded if cut or stabbed. Percy started cutting through as many as he could being blown down or back by each explosion. Percy finally reached the Big House. It was a pile of wood burning in the night. He hoped Chiron was somehow in another part of the camp. Another explosion followed by another reached Percy's ears. Percy spun and saw pillars of smoke and fire filling the night sky. He knew what they were. The crims had reached the cabin. Camp Half Blood was being crippled from the inside out.
