A new world without him

"Th-That impossible. Hoe is he alive!" I shouted.

I felt arms wrap around me dragging away from the scene. I felt tears come down my cheeks. I couldn't stop crying. He alive. I'm dreaming this isn't true. I'm dreaming. Chris picked me up and carried me away. I hided my face in his chest. When I looked out, we just got in my cabin. He set me down.

"Jess, it going to be o-"

"LIAR! DON'T SAY A FUCKING WORD! IT CAN'T be happening. I'm over this." I screamed. I was hurting everywhere. I wanted to held. I threw my heels.

Chris ended up leaving me. I took off my dress. I ran in the bathroom. I pulled out my razor. I dug it across my thighs. The pain made me feel better. I kept at it. I grabbed some bandages put it over the cuts. I go to be is my bra and panties.

I woke up to knocking. I grabbed my bathrobe and opened the door, It was Chiron.

"Hello, sir." I said.

"Jess, I'm sorry to be telling you this. Ryan.... He came back." I looked away trying to cover the hurt in my eyes. "I don't know how this happened, Jess. Something wrong in the Underworld right now. The dead are coming back to life."

I walked out of my cabin. I got some breakfast. I noticed it was really quiet. I walked around doing my rounds on making sure cabins are clean. I took off my sunglasses when I got to Apollo's cabin. I saw him there. Laughing. Having fun.

He saw me looking. He smiled and started making his way towards me. I was frozen. in place. Seeing him my heart went into hyper speed. He ran to me. He hugged me. He rested his forehead against mind. I stared into his eyes.

"I missed you." I said. I wrapped my arms his shoulders. He laughed and pulled me against his chest.

"I missed you too, Jess. I'm not leaving just yet."

He leaned in to kiss me. I smashed my lips against his. It was nice to be with him again. The world felt right.
