The Rise Of The Titans Series: Kronos's Revenge (Book 1)

Echo approached the Iris Message, her eyes screwed shut with concentration, and then she immersed herself through the portal.

As she stepped over the flickering light to the their world, Leo noticed that she was clutching two clear knives or daggers. It made him so nervous that didn't even notice that his hand lit on fire.
Percy glanced at him warily, "Leo? What are you doing?" He asked, raising his eyebrows.

Leo could suddenly feel the flames bursting on his palm. He looked down and fire spewed right to his face. Yelping, he quickly shrugged the flames off.

"Done." Echo said, grinning with satisfaction from her success. The Iris message dissipated instantly after she stepped out of it.

Percy smiled nervously, "We've got something important to do here, Echo."

"Yeah, I realized."

Leo waved his hands at one of the dead warriors of Hades that guarded the entrance to his temple. "Hey, you there with the ribs, did your boss say anything else?"

The dead glared at him, "My master, Hades, has said that you will meet Krios at Atlanta," He rasped in a monotonous voice.

He grinned at his friends nervously. "Lets go, dudes. Time to kill Krios's butt!"
