Kat

Kat stared at Delia in shock as she was told why she hadn't heard from Nico. He was kidnapped and close to death. Tears started flowing down her pale cheeks. She had feared this was the case but it didn't stop her heart from feeling as if it was being torn to shreds.
Delia hugged her silently. No doubt her twin could feel her pain.
"Nico's sister, Hazel, offered to talk to you if you need it." Delia said quietly.
"I do." Kat whispered back. "What's her last name? I'll send her an IM."
"Levesque. It's getting dark so you might have to try the bathrooms while the others are at the campfire." Delia squeezed her hand and left to talk to Chiron about the recent events.
Kat walked silently back to her cabin, hot tears still flowing down her face.
She was so in shock she could hardly utter the prayer to Iris.
"O, Iris goddess of the rainbow, accept my offering." Her voice came as a croak as she threw a gold coin into the sink. "Hazel Levesque, aboard the Argo II."
A girl of about thirteen appeared in the water, her curly hair tied in a low ponytail and grief clear on her face beneath the green of seasickness. She was sitting on a bed staring out the porthole until she saw Kat.
"Hi." She said kindly after she'd gotten over the shock of seeing the floating face of a girl in her bedroom. "I take it you're Katerina?"
Kat nodded. "Call me Kat."
"Kat." She mused. "Nico never mentioned a girlfriend. I suppose he couldn't really without telling me about the Greeks."
"So he knew about the Romans the whole time?" Kat asked. Hazel nodded. "What a malaka! He could have at least told me!"
"I know!" Hazel agreed. "I mean, I'm his little sister for Jupiter's sake!"
Kat laughed shakily. "Have you heard anything more about him?"
Hazel shook her head. "I'll tell you if I do though. Katerina Ambrosia, right?"
Kat nodded. "I should go before my sister's get back. They always need about two hours in the bathroom each before going to bed." She rolled her eyes and her sibling's frivolity.
Hazel laughed. "Ok, see ya, Kat." She waved her hand across the image and it faded.
Kat crawled straight into bed and fell asleep before her siblings could get back and ask her what was wrong. She couldn't deal with questions in her state. She fell asleep with tears still pouring.

Uh so just a sad little chapter with Kat and Hazel bonding over Nico's disappearance.
Ok so @Caleo brought it to my attention that you people might get a little cross with me if I kill someone, so I have decided to deviate from my original plan and concoct one of dramatic proportions so that there is still a story without me killing one of my main characters. I'm sorry I was just in a really bad mood yesterday but I'm happier today cos I'll be back home in a couple of hours! (So much for leaving early, it's one o'clock)
Uh, yeah, so I have made a plan so that no one has to die and it'll all be sweet (kinda, sorta, I'm still adding drama cos that's what I live for)
