Two Bodies, One Soul

The Games

Kat

Kat smiled as her sister dictated the rules of what had come to be known as 'the games' to Octavian, who looked like her was about to have a fit.
"What?" He demanded, outraged.
"Oh, didn't you understand it?" Delia asked, "Well, just one more time, I suppose. Each day we'll host a different combat event, you put up your five best soldiers in that skill and they play against five of our best. They will compete in challenges until the best is clear. On July first, we'll host the sword challenge, the finalists will be your best verses our best. The winner will gain control over the camps' fate."
Kat grinned as Octavians face practically turned blue with rage. "No! We agreed to have the finals today, right now."
Kat stepped in, doing her best Aphrodite girl act. "Actually, we never really agreed to anything. But these games will be so much more fun than some icky war." She pulled a face, twirling her hair around in her fingers for ultimate airhead effect.
Octavian looked speechless for once, he finally summoned words to speak. "But where will we stay during these 'games' of yours?"
"Oh, don't worry, we've got everything sorted. Your troops can stay with their Greek siblings there are extra beds for them and everything." Tink butted in.
"But-" Octavian began.
"Octavian," Kerri layed a hand on his shoulder, Kat noticed a large, purple bruise on her forehead, but the older girl ignored it and almost oozed calm. "It's a good offer, take it."
"Make a decision Octavian, don't want to keep your loyal soldiers waiting." Kat dripped some charmspeak into her voice.
"I guess." Octavian shrugged. "But we're still at war with you Greeks! It has just been- uh, postponed until our winning the competition forces you to surrender willingly!" He practically cackled with madness as he lead the large army into camp.
Kat couldn't help wondering if he'd accepted too readily, he clearly wanted war. Or was he just under the illusion that this tournament would give him the upper hand in the coming battle? What ever it was, Kat didn't trust him.

Notes

This is just a short one cos I seriously need some names, people! Otherwise we're gonna end up with a really good archer named Shoe Box. I legit suck at making up names and all of the ones so far in the story are the product of hours of researching (accept Tink, I just had to put in a disney theme somewhere)
Please comment me some names and I'll update tomorrow after dance if I have energy (two and a half hours of hard out ballet can be tiring)
I beg you, comment me some names!

On another note, both of my stories have made their way up on the popular page again so THANK YOU!!!

(seriously give me some names, people)
