Is This Death?
Janis, Thalia, Amber and I were hanging out by the pavilion; I had just made up my mind on the offer. They were telling me about one of their hunting stories when Lilly came storming up to us. She pushed past everyone and grabbed me by my collar then tossed me. I landed on my side on the ground and Janis helped me to my feet. Thalia and Amber were yelling at her, asking what was wrong with her. Lilly turned again towards me and Janis tried to fight her. Thalia told her to stand down and Janis took a few steps back.
"You have ruined my life!" she screamed.
"I have done nothing to you," I said. A crowd was beginning to form.
"Nothing? Nothing? Because of you, Tyler is staying here!" she screamed.
"He's staying?" I was kind of dazed.
"And he dumped me! This is all your fault!" I looked up and gave her a smile.
"No it's not," I simply said. She grabbed me by my shirt collar and yanked me up off the ground. It was kind of hard to breath.
"You'll pay for this!" She screamed at the top of her lungs.
"I'm the girl he still loves though," I said barely over a whisper.
I felt a sharp pain in my stomach then I fell to the ground. My head began to throb. When I saw the knife, I wanted to scream. Janis beat me to it; she charged at Lilly, but a lot of people, even Thalia and Amber, held her back. I rolled my head so I was looking at the sky. I could barely breath and I was I saw dots dancing around in the clouds. I heard some screaming and something about moving out of the way, but I was too focused on the dancing dots. I wanted to know where these the angels that would take me away.
"Fiona, Fiona can you hear me?" a familiar voice asked. I turned my head and saw Tyler. I wasn't sure what was going on. I was nervous and I could still see the dots.
"Am I dying?" I asked. Then I could feel someone pick me up and put me on some sort of cot; it must of been a stretcher. I saw some people holding Tyler back.
"Tyler," That's when I fell asleep.
"You have ruined my life!" she screamed.
