The End Of The World

I awoke to screaming. I lifted my head and banged it on the bunk above me. My cabin is small, Apollo doesn't get that much credit. I quickly ran out of my cabin and out into the pouring rain. Strange, it isn't supposed to rain at Camp Half Blood. I followed the screams to Demeter's cabin. I burst in and balled my fists.
A giant wolf was growling at some kids in the corner. "Hey doggie!" I called, "Come get me!" The wolf roared and turned to me. I backed up, all the while watching the wolf. It leapt at me and I jumped back and ran. I could hear it lumbering after me, so I went faster. I yelled to Marco, my friend. He's a son of Ares. Marco came out and threw me a sword. I jumped up and grabbed it, then turned to the wolf. Oh yeah, by the way I have brown hair and dark brown eyes. I'm 15 and pretty tall.
The wolf bared it's teeth and bit the air. I laughed and slashed my sword at it. The wolf stepped back, but charged ready to kill. I leapt aside and sliced right down onto it's back. The wolf melted into a thick gold dust. Marco ran up to me,
"You alright?" I nodded, gasping for breath. The rain drenched my pajama's and thunder rumbled. "What's up with Zeus?" I asked. Marco shrugged, "Hera probably killed another of his sons."
"Jack!" Chiron yelled. I turned and faced the centaur. "Yes?" I asked. He had a frown on his face, and water dripped from his hair. "What happened?" He asked. I shrugged, "Dunno. I mean, I woke up and heard screaming. I checked it out, and saw a wolf creature attacking some Demeter kids, so I killed it. Why is it raining?"
Chiron looked up at the sky, "I'm not sure. It's very strange though." Suddenly, lightning cracked across the sky. The Apollo cabin door opened, and Alley my little sister ran to me. She was six and had chocolate brown hair, and soft brown eyes.
"Jack! I'm scared!" She cried, hugging me. "Hey, it's okay. Come on, let's go inside." I told her, and scooped her into my arms. She was light, and didn't mind me swaying her.
After I tucked her back in, I went to the big house. Chiron paced the porch, talking to Marco and Mr. D. "What's up with the storm?" I asked. Chiron scowled, "Zeus I presume. Although, Dionysus has no idea."
Suddenly, a lightning bolt hit the ground. Grass and dirt exploded from where it hit. Chiron gasped, "Inside! Inside now!" We follows him in, and slammed the door shut.
"I got to reach Alley!" I cried. Chiron shook his head, "No, it's too dangerous." A huge explosion made us race to the window. Through the pouring rain, we saw the Aphrodite cabin blown up.
"Holy Hades..." Chiron mumbled. "Shit! That thing killed those kids!" I yelled. Another thunder roar. I have to reach Alley!
"We have to evacuate camp!" Chiron said. We all ran outside yelling, "EVERYONE RUN!!!" Campers came out of their cabins still half asleep. Suddenly, a lightning bolt took out two kids and everyone began running toward Half Blood Hill.
No sight of Alley. I ran to Apollo's cabin. "Jack! What are you doing!?!" Marco yelled. I kept going, and barged inside. Alley was screaming and crying, her foot was caught in her bunk. I tried pulling on it, but she screamed.
" Jack, I'm scared." Alley whimpered. Thunder crashed and lightning flashed. Marco barged in too. We both began pulling the bunk out from the wall. Alley cried and screamed, but I focused on getting her foot out of the bunk.
With a grunt of effort, I pulled her foot free and she tumbled to the floor. I picked her up, and we began running. Right as we excited the cabin, it exploded from lightning. We were thrown forward, and debris littered the ground.
"Everyone okay?" I asked. Alley nodded, and Marco said "My arm has a nasty cut, but we got to keep going!"
I grabbed Alley's hand and we ran toward Half Blood Hill, and lightning shot down all around us. Bodies lay charred on the ground, and one was moaning. I let go of Alley and looked at the body. It was Rico, from the Hades cabin.
I picked him up, grunting and began jogging. Marco grabbed Alley, and we headed for Half Blood Hill. When we reached the top, I dropped Rico and collapsed.
My strength was gone. Marco picked up Rico and began running. I saw Alley cry and yell for me to get up. My head spinned as I stood and grabbed her hand. We ran down the hill together, and suddenly a bolt of lightning hit the ground next to us and we flew through the sky and landed in a pile.
I felt a burning pain, then blacked out.
