Calypso Dies at the End

Isaac

Calypso was expecting a worn, beaten war veteran in his twenties to come rolling in with a monster truck, in army slacks and aviator sunglasses, and being that "Bad boy" kind of guy.

But instead, our savior was in a typical grey hoodie, dark jeans and (Surprisingly) a bit wimpy. He had short, brown hair, which transformed into blond highlights at the ends. He might have been a few inches shorter than Percy. But still, somehow, he had this... aura. It was like he radiated braveness. He was flipping dog tags in his hand, and it was a bright, shiny silver with a black rubber edge. Calypso wondered if it was like Riptide at all, a special every day object that could turn into a deadly weapon on command.
"Um... Reyna, what did you need me for?" He said, rubbing his head. His hair was a bit frizzy, and Calypso guessed he had just woken up.
"Isaac," She said. "We have guests." She gestured to the group, and Isaac emedietly ran up to Annabeth.
"Oh my god's! Annabeth! Its been forever!" He shook her hand, and Annabeth smiled.
"Yeah, I guess it has been."
"Look, i'm really sorry about-" Annabeth cut him off.
"It's OK. It wasn't your fault. We got the Argo II repaired after the incident, and we got Leo into stable condition after the crash." She must have really known this guy.
"But," Annabeth breathed. "Leo's gone, and we have an idea on where he is. One of our friends thinks you can help us."
Isaac seemed to be pondering the request until Reyna spoke up.
"If Frank used that code to get Isaac to help, than Isaac really needs to go. Frank and I made up this protocol for this reason specifically."
"But what's it for?" Calypso asked, feeling left out of the conversation.
"I can't go into details now. But Isaac here," She patted his back. "He's skilled, and he can definitely do as requested." She looked a bit sorrowful for a moment, but hardened up.
"Isaac, go with them. They'll need you."
Isaac frowned.
"Can't we just get Alexis to do it?" He turned and faced the crew. "Reyna and I were... um... working on building designs in the War Room."
"Isaac, just go. It won't take a whole year. We can get back to, well, planning when you're done your mission. Do you mind if I speak to him alone for a moment?"
Annabeth spoke. "Sure. We'll be waiting below decks when your ready." With that, Annabeth brushed past everyone onto the ship, and the rest of the crew followed.

Isaac boarded around five minutes afterward, and sat down at the dining table.
"So what did she want to talk to you about?" Annabeth asked.
He took a second to reply. "Tactics, and filling me in on the situation."
"Do you know where we need to go?" Calypso asked.

Isaac looked at her. "We need to go back. Back to Hilljritchen Hall."

Notes

OK, to everyone who has read Life of a Demigod: Isaac's Adventure, these two stories are completely intertwined. Calypso Dies at the end takes place a year after the events in Life of a Demigod. I thought it'd be cool to merge them together. Also, Hilljritchen Hall is a made up place that Isaac's first adventure takes place at. I'll provide more on Hilljritchen Hall later in the story. Thanks for watching! Bye!

BTW please read Life of a Demigod if you haven't all ready! It's pretty much a prequel to this story.
