The Cursed Ones

Vahl's POV

Today is a great day! Not. First, Leo set fire to my work (thanks the gods i have extra copies). Second, I dream of my death. And Lastly, I get to go on a quest where we are most likely going to die. Awesome. "Vahl! Wake up, its breakfast." Typer said,shaking my shoulders. "I'm up! I'm up!" I said.Right away I unfrizzed my hair, knowing it was bad. Soon enough I was sitting down, eating french toast smothered in syrup. My fingers were very sticky and my plate was spotless. "Looks like someone was hungry." Leo said, coming up behind her and stealing her notebook. "Hey! Give that back!" I yelled, standing up. "Nope." Leo said, then he turned and ran. "Get back here?" I yelled after him. "Opps." He said when I caught up with him. My notebook was in flames. I punched him in the arm and I ran. I just needed some rest. Though it didn't help. My nightmares were getting worse, and this one I have been having for three weeks. I dreamed I was in a room with weird symbols covering the floor,walls,and ceiling. I was roped to a chair and my mouth was taped shut. I heard something sharpening in the background. Suddenly, my eyes widen and I started to squirm. Then,black. I awoke with sweat soaking though my pillow. I got up and almost screamed when I saw that Poseidon was in my room. "Ah, you are awake. Good. I have a task for you." He said. "What is it?" I asked. "Go with my daughters on their quest, do your bet to protect them. I beg of you, please." Poseidon pleaded. "Okay, but how do you know they won't pick someone else?" I asked. "Trust me, at the Bonfire tonight, you will go with them." Then he dissappered. "Oh. Great." I said, flopping back down on my bed.
