Death and Sea

Percy's P.O.V

I opened my eyes and stared right into the face of Nico di Angelo. He screamed and fell back, and I sat up staring at the boy. Something changed between us, I can feel it.

"What happened?" I ask Nico. He blushes like mad and says, "You- you died!!"'I rose an eyebrow, "I'm dead?" Nico smacked the side of a cabinet, "You WERE dead! Cold, pale, everything!" I thought for a second then said,

"Nico, what if you have powers? To bring the dead back to life?" He scrunched up his eyebrows then shrugged, "Maybe. But I'm just glad your alive!" Nico ran over and hugged me, and I hugged him back. "I love you." He whispered in my ear.

I didn't know if it was gay or brotherly, so I whispered, "I love you too Nico. When I see you, my heart speeds up, and I get nervous. Your eyes make me delighted and terrified... all at the same time. Nico, your more then a brother... your mine."

The words came from somewhere deep within me, that I tried keeping hidden, but it came out. Nico gave me the biggest smile ever and blushed deeply.

"Is that my shirt?" I ask, remembering the stain of blood right near the elbow. Nico blushed, "Um, you relax me."

I smiled, "I relax you? Then let's fix that..." I raced toward Nico. He gasped as I grabbed his waist and held him in the air, pressing my lips to his. Deep emotions swirled around inside me, but Annabeth was completely forgotten.

I pressed hungrily for more and put him down. I pushed him against the wall, kissing into his lips. The cold feeling raced through my body, filling me with adrenaline. I wrapped my arms around his thin body and clutched him tight.

All these feelings finally let loose. I pulled away and we looked at each other in amazement. "I love you... so much." I said. Nico smiled, "So do I." A small gasp drew our attention to the doorway. I caught a glimpse of Annabeth running down the hall, crying.

What have I done?
