The Daughters of the Big Three

When Jace and I get back to Zac and Drea, I try to ask Drea how she is after last night. She has no interest in talking to me about it. I’m not too familiar with deaths. And I certainly don’t normally witness one.
We continue on our search for Kris. We find rifts, and go through them. We don’t talk a whole lot like we normally do. After a few hours I stop.
“What’s wrong, Elaina?” Jace asks.
“This isn’t working,” I say.
“What isn’t working?” Zac looks at me with concern.
“We’re just… chasing after him,” I look around. “After Kris. We need to get ahead of him, somehow,” Zac and Drea look confused. Jace seems to start to be getting it. “I mean, he can time-travel! We’ll never find him the way we are. We either need to lure him to us, or be where he is planning to be before he gets there.”
“And how are we going to do that?” Drea folds her arms.
“Well, from what I’m remembering is that Kris came through the crack on Thalia’s tree right after you two came through,” I look at Zac and Jace. “So what I’m guessing is that when someone else goes through one of his rifts, he can sense it.”
“Yeah,” Jace nods. “So when we enter the world he’s in-”
“-He leaves it right away,” Zac smiles.
“So, it must be easier for him to travel through dimensions than for him to time travel,” Drea wonders aloud.
“Exactly,” I say. “Which is why he hasn’t done that yet.”
“So what’s the plan to get ahead of Kris?” Jace asks. The three of them turn to me.
“Two of us will stay in this world, Drea and me. You two, will go to your world. As soon as you enter, Kris will leave. Drea and I will still be here, so we’ll find him and keep him with us. Zac and Jace, you two will have to find the rift he went through as quickly as possible and come back here. We have to have him quit travelling through the two worlds. He can come back to Camp Half-Blood with us-”
“And then you two can go home,” Drea says. “And when you do Jace can seal all the rifts.”
“I can do that.” He says. I almost want to object. I’m not sure why but I want them to come to Camp too.
“Who’s in?” I ask.
