Percabeth One-shots

Finally, a calm day. I don’t think I can remember the last time I could say those words. But today was just that, calm. Annabeth and I were laying down on the beach watching the high sun and calm waves. I was glad that things between us are still the same even though we’re dating. I heard stories on how when best friends begin to date that it either ends terribly or last forever. Hopefully this is one of those forever situations. I moved my head and reached my hand over and covered Annabeth’s. She moved her head so she was facing me but didn’t move her hand.

“Trying to be romantic I see,” she joked while smiling.

“Nah. If I wanted to be romantic, I’d do this.” I lifted her hand and kissed it. She smiled and blushed a little.

“Nice one Seaweed Brain.”

“Thanks Wise Girl.”

She got up and laid back down so she was skin touching close to me and leaned her head in my chest. I wrapped one arm behind her back and used my other one to play with her hair. One of her arms draped over my waist and the other one behind my neck. She fiddled with the ends of my hair strands. I kissed the top of her head and rubbed her back. I accidently shifted her shirt and revealed her shoulders a little. The tip of the scar from where she took the blade for me appeared. I leaned down and kissed it causing her to shiver. I moved my lips to her ear.

“I’m sorry you had to take that for me,” I whispered.

“You would've done the same thing,” she murmured into my chest. “Don’t be sorry. It’s over now and we’re okay.”

She shifted her head so she could kiss my cheek. I leaned down and kissed her passionately on the lips. She was shocked for a moment, but the next moment she returned the kiss. Our grasp on each other tighten and somehow we both ended up getting our legs tangled. Annabeth pulled herself closer as I did the same. I don’t exactly remember how long we were like that; basking in each others feelings for each other and I didn’t care. When we pulled away for air both of us were the shade of ripe strawberries. Annabeth was smiling and buried her head in my chest for a few moments.

When she pulled her head back and opened her mouth to speak, but I kissed her again. I let my tongue explore the curves and bumps of her gums and the ridges of her teeth. Annabeth moaned into the kiss causing me to groan along with her. She slipped her hands to my chest and started to finger the lines in my abbs. My hands began to slip up and down, ranging from the back of her neck to the small of her back. We were now in a serious make out session. Five years of emotions released themselves like water leaking out of a weak dam. My head was in a state of fog and clarity. I was so lost in the moment that anything could of been happening at the moment and I would not of gave a single care. I was so focused on Annabeth; my best friend, my life line, my girlfriend.

My hands reached the small of her back and instead of going back up, I went a little lower. Annabeth took this as a sign to move her hands around and massaged my achilles heel. Somehow, our hands got low enough to where we both gasped and pulled away from the series of kisses we were having simultaneously with our actions. We got up, fixed ourselves up then stood next to each other awkwardly for a little while. I reached my arms out and she walked into them. I rested my chin on her shoulder.

“In the future?” I asked.

“In the future,” she said.
