Percabeth One-shots

“Are you ready?” Leo asked. The fake camera in his hands was jumping along with him.

"We'll both probably get our butts kicked, but yes." I said.

Leo and I had our fake police badges around our necks and I had my Nerf water gun ready. We decided to prank the Aphrodite cabin with his grand slam, and I quote, "Leo-riffic" prank. He wanted to do the Athena cabin, but I talked him out of his death wish. I would already be in trouble with Annabeth and I didn’t want to make things worse. So, we were both wearing trench coats with fake cop gear sneaking around the frilliest cabin alive. Leo, since he was still single, peered into the window. He said that everyone was just sitting around doing whatever they do. Excellent. Leo went and and knocked on the door. As soon as the door opened, he shouted:

"Police! This is a crime scene!"

Then I saw the flash.

Leo came running out with a very angry mob of girls on his tail. Some women were wearing less clothing than they should of been and didn’t look happy at all that Leo barged in. My turn to make enemies that weren’t immortal. I shot my water gun at the mob of angry Aphrodite kids. Within a minute, the entire mob had puddles of make up around them and on their clothes. Leo and I ran. We were about ten five feet from my cabin when Leo turned around.

"Here ya go ladies and gentlemen!" and tossed the camera into the crowd. We beelined to my cabin and locked the door before they figured the camera out.

"IT'S FAKE!"

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!"

"YOU TWO ARE DEAD!"

But we couldn't stop laughing from the safety of my cabin.

Annabeth's POV

I was reading a book when someone knocked on the cabin door. Malcolm got up and answered it.

"Annabeth, I think it's for you," he sounded like he was trying not to laugh.

When I got to the door, I could see why. Piper looked like a gallon of water was dropped on her. Her hair was even more unruly than usual and her eyes held anger. I knew Percy was behind this before she stomped into the cabin and sat on my bed. Suddenly, everyone had remembered they had plans and hurried off. I gave her a towel and sat down.

"What did he do this time?"

"They. What did they do. And let me tell you. I love you like a sister, but Annabeth, I'm going to kill your boyfriend. And I love them like a brother, but Leo and Percy will die."

Oh boy. They've finally done it. By the time Piper finished, I had to admit, that was a bit uncalled for.

"So, where are they now," I asked once she was done.

"In Percy's cabin. My sisters and brothers have been shouting threats at it for the past ten minutes.”

“Okay, looks like we have some planning to do.”

“By that, do you mean that you already have a plan?”

“As long as you have hair dye and know where Hazel is.”

Percy’s POV

It the Aphrodite kids about twenty minutes to calm down. Leo was too scared to leave so we just sat on my bed and played goldfish.

“Do you think that our love lives are cursed now?” Leo asked.

“Nah. I’ve met Aphrodite before, I’m sure she could take a simple joke like this. Got any threes?”

“Go fi-”

Leo was cut off by the sound of someone banging harshly against my door. Leo jumped up and his hands went ablaze. I had to tell him to calm down before I went up to my door. I looked out my peephole and saw Jason, who was visiting with the rest of the Romans who were part of the Seven, looking nervous. I let Leo know it was just Jason and opened the door. Jason then proceeded to make a bunch of incoherent sounds that may of been words. What ever had Mr. Cool and Collected freaked out must of been bad.

"Jason, calm down. What are you saying?"

"The lake...Naiads... Annabeth...in trouble..."

That's all I needed to hear. Leo, Jason, and I ran as fast as we could to the lake. When we got there, Annabeth was half conscious right by the shore line. I was kneeling by her side before I could register anything else. Leo was right next to me. Then we were sucked down into the lake. What a cute prank, I thought to myself. I would of just stayed down there all day if I didn't want an explanation. And I needed to get Leo before he tried to flirt with the naiads and drown. I grabbed his arm and resurfaced. Annabeth, Piper, Hazel and Jason were standing there waiting for us. Piper had a mirror for some strange reason. Leo tried to play cool(despite the fact he was just flailing like a fish a moment ago). I just shrugged.

"Okay, what did I do to deserve this?" I asked.

"How about pranking my cabin this morning?" Piper snapped.

"Sorry Beauty Queen," Leo said. Then I realized something about him.

"Leo...Why are you pink?!"

"I'm not...wait, WHY ARE YOU PINK?!"

I looked down at my hands and saw that I was pink too. My hands, arms, clothes everything was pink. Piper held up the mirror to prove our suspicions. And to show us why. The lake was pink too. Hazel looked down at her shoes and Jason and Piper were laughing.

"YOU DIED THE THE LAKE PINK JUST TO MESS WITH US? HOW DOES THIS COME OFF?" I asked

"Yes. And I'm not telling you Seaweed Brain. Next time, you won't run around camp driving everyone crazy."

"Alright, I'm sorry. NOW HOW DO I STOP LOOKING LIKE PEPTO BISMOL?!"

Instead of answering me, Annabeth ran off. I would chase her for the rest of the day before she showed me how to get the dye out.

Guess who's back? Yeah, it isn't Shady...just me! I'm currently working on my laptop (its fixed as of two minuets ago. YAY!) I'll try to update at least once a week for now on. Thanks for sticking it out and of course...
