One Direction And The Oath

Frank and Hazel waited outside the medical bay, along with Leo and Piper. They both were in deep shock. They had been traveling to Camp Halfblood when it had happened. They were lucky for to have got there in time. Jason had been shot, they hoped he'd be alright.

A Hermes girl and and Sam both stood with them. Sam was crying her eyes out while the Hermes girl looked a little green. Frank wanted to ask Sam what was going on but even though she was Jason's new girlfriend over the past couple of weeks, it still felt awkward to talk to her.

Piper and Sam were standing quite far apart from each other. Piper looked extreamly uncomfortible. Of course she does Frank thought, who would want to stand next to you're ex boyfreinds girlfreind? Piper and Jason had broke up a couple of months back. It had been a bit of a shock for everyone. Piper and Jason said it was a muteal brake up but Frank begged to differ, it was the way they react around each other really, though he still couldn't figure about who dumped who, he wasn't an Aphrodite kid after all.

After what seemed like hours. Percy came out, looking worn, he nodded for them to go in and see Jason. Frank rushed in, along with everyone else, apart from the Hermes girl who hovered at the door..

Tori the Aphrodite child warned them not to get so close as she told them "We've managed to calm him down, though the poisen is still spreading, though slower then before, we're trying everything we can"

Frank gulped while Leo looked like he wanted to be sick. Piper and Sam both sniffled down tears. Jason lay in front of them, on a bed. He looked so pale and Frank noticed where the bandage was around his wound, he could see some of Jasons veins that were turning...green.

The poisen?

Frank sat by Jasons bed. Wishing he would wake up. The sick kids in Camp Halfblood surrounded him, ocasionly some coughed or cried out loud but River and Tori were always at hand, along with a few other Demigods, Frank didn't know the name of.

After a while, Leo and Hazel both left. Hazel giving him a kiss on the cheek as she left, looking sorryfully at Jason.

Piper and Sam both left together, Frank was suprised to see them actaully comforting each other. They used to argue a lot. At least Jason's illness is bringing them together Frank thought, half greatful, the other half bitter.

"Hey, you're Frank right?"

Frank turned towards the timid voice as he looked at a tall but young boy, a couple of years younger than him, 15 or 16? Frank reconised him from somewhere but couldn't think where.

The boy said, extending his hand "I'm Louis"

Franks eyes widened. Jason's greek counter part? Like Percy? How could he forget? He'd seen him last year in the roman camp last year at some point, being escorted somewhere by Reyna. With a group of four other demigods. Some sort of quest?

Anyway Jason had happily and proudly told him about Louis after the greek demigods had left. He'd explained exitedly "I've got another half brother, how cool is that?"

Though Frank remembered Louis as being more, more determinded and cheeful than this. He hadn't been to Camp halfblood that much over this year but when he had he hadn't seen any sign of Louis. Louis now however looked more withdrawn and wary.

"Yeah, I think I remember you from last year" Frank said, shaking his hand.

Louis seemed to cringe at that. Frank told himself of for mentioning it.

"How is he?" Frank asked urgantly. Changing the subject.

"His been poisened, if you hadn't noticed yet" Louis said, suddenly sounding tired. He pointed towards the wound where Jasons viens were turning green.

So what Tori said was true Frank thought, paling. Half of him had childish hope it had been some sort of mistake. "I-I don't understand" Frank stammered.

"Neither of us do" Someone interupted, a blond boy who looked familer, he was younger than Louis and Frank quickly realised this was another demigod who had been in the Roman camp last year. Though unlike Louis Frank had seen him around Camp halfblood when he had come to visit.

The boy told Louis "I think Lizzie wanted to talk to you in private, outside? She told me to-"
Louis cursed under his breath and grumbled "Tell her to go away"

"Louis!" The boy warned, looking a little suprised at Louis hostility.

Louis looked at the boy then at the door where the Hermes girl was waiting with her arms crossed, lookiing sternly at Louis. That must be Lizzie Frank thought.

"Alright, alright, I'm going" Louis said with irritation, then he walked over to the girl, following her out. Looking quite reluntant.

Frank asked shocked "What was that about?"

The boy said, looking suprised then a liitle sheepish "I have no idea...oh, um, I'm Nialll by the way, in case you were wondering"

Frank chuckled "Its fine, I'm-"

Niall shook his head "No, wait, let me guess, I've seen you around before. You're often mentioned...Um Fred?"

Frank smirked "No.."

Niall said "Umm, something beginning with an F?"

Frank sniggered "You're half there, I'm Frank"

Niall face palmed "Oh yes! That was it! How could I forget? You helped out with that war with Gaea, didn't you?"

Frank nodded, he feeling proud, someone actaully noticed. He was used to being forgotten.

Niall then said, like an exited puppy "You can change into Animals can't you? Thats so cool!"

Frank said with a slight smile "I suppose it is"

Frank said, not thinking "Jason used to think that-" Then he stopped, frowning, the mood suddenly dropping as he looked at the sickly uncounscios Jason on the medical bed. "Jason" He murmered, wishing he'd get better soon.

Niall looked more serios to as he watched Jade hovering over Jason worridly.

Niall stared at Liams sickly form and Jason's cold, stiff body sadly, only his shallowing breathing gave the sign that he was still alive.

Frank asked, his voice full of pain "You think he'll make it?"

Niall shook his head and whispered "I don't know, I just don't know..."
