I woke up to screaming and hollering and wondered what the hell was going on downstairs. I groaned, not wanting to get out of bed but I got up any way. I walked down the stairs cautiously making sure everything was alright. Oh, how very wrong I was.

I gulped and closed my eyes not wanting to see my guts. I felt deep, sharp claws bite into my skin and I let out a hurtling scream of terror, agony, fear and hopelessness. The claws dug in deeper in in my skin until I couldn't stay consious anymore. So I let death take my soul.
