The Problem At The Mets Game...

"Annabeth? Where are you?" Lily called out, the way a parent might call to a child playing hide and seek.
Lily had snuck into Camp Half-Blood by shadow traveling. Because she was Hades's alli, he bestowed on her a few useful powers. You know, necromancy, shadow travel. Basically it was like being a child of Hades- only smarter.
Lily finally saw Annabeth emerge from the woods.
"Lily!" She cried. She pulled out her dagger. "Stay where you are or I'll run you through!"
"Normally, yes." Lily said. "But now, you won't be able to catch me!"
She laughed and then shadow-traveled to behind Annabeth. Her laughter echoed throughout camp.
Lily kept disappearing and reappearing around Annabeth. Finally, when Annabeth was too dizzy from turning to follow Lily, Lily stabbed her in the back with her dagger.
"Bye-bye, sister." Lily grinned.
Suddenly, Lily heard a shout.
"Annabeth!"
It was the voice of Percy Jackson.
"Damn it, Jackson." Lily said. "You're supposed to be dead."
Percy came running up to Lily. Lily felt sure that he was going to attack, but he ran straight past her. He knelt by Annabeth's fallen body.
"Annabeth!" He said. "Stay with me. Please don't go. I need you. I love you!" He was sobbing by then.
Lily should've killed him on the spot. She should've stuck her dagger in him at that moment, but she didn't. She didn't know why. Maybe it was the anger from Autumn's betrayal. Maybe it was guilt.
"Percy." Annabeth gasped. "I can't h-hold on much.....much....longer."
"Shhh, shhh. It's going to be okay. The Apollo campers will be here soon. They'll make it better."
"No, Percy. This.....this is the end for.....for me. I'll wait for you in....in Elysium. I. Love. Y-you."
The daughter of Athena closed her eyes. Lily knew that they would never open again.
Percy slowly got up.
"I'm going to kill you." He said.
"I'd like to see you try." Lily said.
She raised her arms, and thousands of undead warriors rose from the ground.
"Attack!" She yelled.
But, the undead warriors never did. Because, just before a battle could begin, Zeus, Posiedon and Athena appeared in front of Lily. With them were Gabby, Will and Cara. Cara was a Roman demigod, a daughter of Bellona, that Gabby had recruited. Lily had grown really close to in the last few days.
"Lily Collins!" Zeus boomed. "For the crimes you have committed, I hereby banish you to Tartarus. Your comrades go free."
Zeus waved his hand, and a giant hole appeared in the ground. It glowed a fiery red and was as hot as lava. Lily felt herself move slowly towards it. Gabby, Cara and Will grabbed on to her.
"No!" Will and Cara cried.
"Lily!" Screamed Gabby. "We won't let you go!"
Lily was so shocked that Will and Gabby had stuck by her all this time, and were still sticking by her now.
"Thanks guys, you're such great friends. But you can't stop me from falling."
As if on cue, Zeus waved his hand again and sent Will and Gabby flying.
As Lily fell, she saw the faces of Will, Gabby, Cara and Autumn hovering over the hole.
"I will get you out!" Autum yelled.
Gabby shoved her away.
"Don't worry, Lily. Will, Cara and I will get you out. We promise." Gabby yelled.
Just as the hole started to close, Lily saw Autumn and Kevin. They yelled, "And so do we!"

Notes

Sorry about bringing Cara in late. I'm going to develop her, Gabby and Will's characters later. Don't know if this is the last chapter of the book. But there will be more books.

I really think I have achieved something here. What have I achieved, you ask? I HAVE WRITTEN A RICK RIORDAN STYLE CLIFFHANGER ENDING!
