The Missing Love

Finally, everyone was done, and we were put in a room, so we could just talk, for a few minutes. I looked at everyone else, and I saw Lily. What I saw shocked me, and everyone else! She was the person who would stay up to 3 o'clock in the morning with someone, untill they calmed down and fell asleep (she is not as shy as she used to be) She was curled up into a ball, rocking back and forth, and crying silently!
The girls came out of their shock first.Piper pointed to the corner, and we went to the corner and tried to figure out what was wrong with Lily.
"What's wrong with her?" Asked Percy.
"I don't know!" Said Piper.
"I'll go over and ask, I'll be right back." I said.
"Hey what's wrong?" And I start to play with her hair, and she flinched!
"Hey, I could never think about hitting you! What is going on? What did Aphrodite show you?"
Lily then told me the whole story. How her dad would beat her, about her sister, and her sisters death. I was shocked!
"Oh my gods! You are incredible! How could you, of gone through all of that? I mean it's one thing to be a demigod, but having to go through all of that! WOW! After hearing all of what you have been through, I have realized, you are the most beautiful, smartest, toughest, and funniest, girl I have ever layed my eyes on! But I just want you to know you can always trust me, okay? We love you, I love you! You are the best friend a person can have!
She was speechless.
"Alright, you two, Annabeth could you please explain what is going on here?" said Piper
"Ok, umm, well, I think that Le-
"No I meant with Aphrodite and stuff!"
"Oh, yeah, well, Aphrodite wanted us to figure out the true meaning of love, first, because, -
"Exactly, sweet Annabeth, even the people who are in the most love, don't even know the true meaning! And so I wanted those people, to figure it out, and you did! Annabeth, you realized, you and Percy have gone through so much together, and you would never ever leave each other! Lily, you learned two things, one is that you and Leo will make the perfect couple, and two is that you look absolutely beautiful in that dress!" I looked at her and boy was Aphrodite right!
She was beautiful!
