Annabeth's POV:

It all felt like a dream. The seaweed brain has finally asked me to prom, well, camp prom. Camp prom is kinda a Camp Half-Blood tradition, but i never actually went to one, at least not with an actual date. I couldn't stop smiling.
"Wise girl, whatcha thinking? What's with the smile," Percy smirked at me. Oh god, that made my smile even wider.
"Nothin'," I snapped and tried to look away casually while I'm still wearing my smile.
"So... see you later at Camp Prom," He then left and ran towards the sword field.
He turned his head to get a last glimpse of me, he’s eyes are sea green, so dreamy. BAM, Percy accidentally tripped over and landed on the grass. I hurried to him and helped him up.
“You clumsy seaweed brain,” I laughed as he steady himself.
“That was your fault. If you weren’t that pretty, I wouldn’t have to look back and trip myself,” He said as he pulled me closer to him, with my forehead touching his. He looked into my eyes with his, “I love you, Annabeth,”
My heart was beating really fast, it’s not like this is the first time I’m this close to him. It’s the fact that everything is now so perfect, I couldn’t ask for more. “I know that, and I love you too, Percy.” I whispered as I massage his cheek. “Forever and always,” He added. He then pulled my mouth into his and started kissing me. I could feel butterflies in my stomach. His lips are soft, smooth and of course, sexy. “Annabeth, since when did your kissing became THIS good?” Percy pulled his mouth away and said under his breath and continue kissing me. “Since when did YOUR kissing became this good,” I snapped back, couldn’t help smiling again, like a totally idiot. “You couldn’t stop smiling,”
Okay, I know that, you don’t have to tell me. I could feel people staring at us, and my face was heating up.
“Jackson? You’re still here? I’ve already finished running along the Camp! Save your kisses for tonight!” It was Jason again. Why is he always around while we make out. And DANG! I just realised Camp Prom is TONIGHT. TONIGHT. THIS NIGHT. FEW HOURS LATER. I still haven’t got a dress or shoes, ANYTHING! I’m freaking out.
“What’s wrong, Annabeth? You look sick,” Percy asked in concern.
“Nothing, you should head to the sword field, people are waiting,”
“Are you sure? You don’t look okay. I’ll take you back to you cabin,” Percy insisted.
In a distance, I saw Piper walking towards us. Thank god.
“Piper’s here, she could walk me. You go sword fight. See you.”
I walked to Piper and waved goodbye to Percy.
“You’re acting weird,” Piper snapped the second when Percy and Jason turned away.
“What? Nothing.” I lied. And of course, Piper could tell I was lying. She glanced at me for answers.
“Okay, Percy asked me to Camp Prom!” I told her a little too fast and excited. I’ve been holding back my excitement in front of Percy, I didn’t want him to know I was THAT desperate to go to camp prom with him.
“What??! Really? That’s so romantic!! Aww!!”
“Have Jason asked you yet?” I asked.
“Nah…I don’t think he will, he’s not a party dance person.” She said as she looked down with disappointment.
“He will, trust me on this.” I tried to cheer her up. I wanted to tell her that I heard Jason wanting to ask Piper to prom earlier, but I thought better of it since it would be more of a surprise if she find that out from Jason instead of me.
“So why ARE you acting weird? Shouldn’t you be happy? Why look so sick?”
“Camp Prom’s TONIGHT! And I have nothing to wear!” I started to panic.
“Come ON! You’re panicking over some dresses when your best friend is the daughter of Aphrodite? Seriously, girl,” My heart instantly calmed down.
“Why have I never thought of that?”

It has been a LOOONG time since I've updated, I'm so sorry. But here it is now, i think i'm gonna write a few more parts coz this is such a cute story <3 <3 Percabeth for life! Can't wait to write more. Rmb to subscribe and comment to tell me what you guys think! Seeya :P
