SAM POV

Stacey kept digging furiously, splattering mud on her clothes and everywhere. Nico and I just stood and watched her dig. Her face had turned bright red and she was huffing and puffing. She finally looked up and saw us standing there, just looking at her. "Do something. I'm only doing all the work" she gave the shovel to Nico. He put up his hands and said, "It was your marvelous plan to bury me. And besides, how can I dig my own grave?". Smart guy. "Be a gentleman and do some work. Just leaving the ladies to slave" Stacey replied. "I've got a better idea" Nico replies and taps the ground with his sword. A skeleton erupted from the ground and finished digging the pit. Stacey came to stand next to me and muttered, "After all the work is done, he summons a skeleton". I bit back a laugh and Nico looked at us and said, " What next?".

"You get in" Stacey replied. "Your kidding, right?" Nico asked. "Uh huh" Stacey shook her head. "But why me?" Nico protested. "You can breath underground. We can't " Stacey replied. Nico opened his mouth to say something but Stacey pushed him towards the grave and tried to get him to lie down in it. But Nico was stronger and resisted. "What now?" Stacey demanded. "I am going only on one condition. Since I am going into that pit..." He said, "Grave" Stacey corrected. "No, pit. If I am in there, how will I know what is going on above ground? Even I want to see how this prank turns out" he pouted. "Your unbelievable, Nico. Fine. I'll video tape the whole thing and then you can see it" Stacey groaned and pushed him a in. Nico got down and lay down. I went over to the pit and peeped down. Nico was squirming in it. "Rest in peace, buddy" Stacey laughed and began closing the pit. "If I die, my soul is gonna haunt you everywhere, Stacey" Nico warned. "I am so scared, Nico di Angelo" Stacey replied and closed the pit.

She placed a bag of drachmas on it and went to climb a tree. I followed her and positioned myself on the tree next to her. I saw the Stoll brothers coming towards Nico's grave. I grinned to myself. This was going to be fun.

CONNOR POV

Travis and I kept walking in the woods when I saw a bag of something lying on the ground. I walked quickly and opened the bag and my eyes nearly popped out. 50 golden drachmas. "Dude, what am I seeing?" Travis said behind me. "Honestly. This is awesome!" I high fived Travis and picked up the bag when suddenly a hand shot out of the ground and caught my wrist tightly. "Aaaaaaaaahhhhh" I screamed like a girl and pulled at my hand, but Holy Zeus, that hand had an iron grip. "Travis, HELP!!" I shouted. Travis took hold of my other arm and pulled. I finally came free and started running towards the Big House with Travis behind me. We ran into Percy and Annabeth. "Whoa there, guys. What happened?" Percy held use back. "Cursed bag of drachmas" I wailed.

"Cursed bag?" Annabeth asked. "Yeah, the minute I took it, a hand came from the ground and caught me" I almost cried. "Uh, Connor, are you sure..." Percy asked. "Holy Cannoli, I'm dead sure! Come and see for yourself" I pulled his hand and led him to the bag. Annabeth came behind us and we all stopped. "This is that bag?" Percy asked. "Yup" I replied. "It looks harmless" Annabeth said. "Looks can be deceptive" Travis said. "I'll pick up this bag and see if a hand holds my wrist" Percy said and walked towards the bag. I held my breath.

Percy bent down and plucked the bag from the ground. Nothing happened. "Uh Connor, you better get..." He started but couldnt complete because the hand came out again and caught gold of his leg. "Aaaaaaaaahhhhh!!" Percy shouted and started pulling his keg. He lost his balance and suddenly fell on his butt. "Percy!" Annabeth ran to him. "I told you! It is cursed" I shout at them. "No wait. What is that sound?" Annabeth asked. "What sound?" Travis asked. I fell silent when I heard the noises of laughter and suddenly two bodies fell from a nearby tree. "ITS RAINING BODIES!" Travis and I shout together and clutched each other. Suddenly the two bodies started groaning and complaining. We went nearer and saw Stacey and Sam clutching their backs and groaning as well as laughing.

"Stacey? And Sam?" Annabeth asked incredulously. "Oh my Gods, your expressions" Sam cried. "What do you mean?" I asked them then it suddenly dawned on me. They had pulled a prank on us. What the? "Pull me out. I'm suffocating!" A voice cried out of the ground. "Who's that?" Percy asked. "Nico" Stacey gasped and they both began opening the pit and Nico came out, grimacing. "Nico?" Annabeth and Percy asked together, shock clearly written on their faces. "I hope you got a video of the whole thing, 'coz I don't want to miss it" Nico told Stacey. "Don't worry. Its all saved. And everyone at camp is gonna see it, what say, Connor?" She winked at me. "You won't do that, Stacey. Or else I will prank you for eternity" I growled at her. She stuck her tongue out at me and waved her phone in the air. "Don't" I said. She started running and shouted behind her back, "Catch me if you can". I ran after her when Nico called out, " Connor, you've peed in your pants". Everyone erupted in laughter around me. I turned red and started chasing Stacey.

NICO POV

I started laughing and slapping my knee. It was too hilarious! Everyone around in the table were crying with laughter. "How did you think of something like this, Stacey?" Calypso asked her, amid gales of laughter. "I've got an evil mind" she replied, pointing to her head. "It was too cool. Play it again" Leo called out. Stacey grinned and played the video again. We had watched it 5 to 6 times, but were still laughing. "Tell me, why did you grab my leg?" Percy asked me. "I realized too late that you were coming to get the bag. After you took the bag, I quickly brought out my hand and ended up catching your leg" I explained. Connor and Travis came walking to our table and glared at all three of us. "You guys are gonna get pranked really soon and really bad" they threatened. "Try to do it. We'll end up doing something worse than this" Stacey said in a sing-sing voice. We heard the conch horn blow in the distance signalling curfew. We all got up and started walking towards our cabins when I saw Stacey coming towards me and said,

"The next time I pull a prank, I want you to be on my team". "Why me?" I asked her. She linked her arm with mine and said, "Because we're friends".
