The Hope in Our Scars

"So," explained Rachel, the day after the ummm....Potion catastrophe, "these drinks were sort of controlled you. It was supposed to be like simulations."
Percy nodded, trying to understand the process. "So I was physically attracted to Lily, because of the potion, not on my free will."
"Well," said Rachel, who began to twirl a strand of her red hair. "By the time, I came in on you both, doing what you were doing, the potion should've expired an hour ago."
Percy and I blushed wildly as we realized we were physically attracted to each other, even after the potion's expiration date.
"Anything else?" I asked, trying to change the sensitive topic.
"Well," said Rachel. "Yesterday, I did see Rey-"
"Good morning," said a very excited Hazel. "I'm so excited for today, aren't you Percy?"
"For what?" said Percy, in an alarmed voice, while Rachel, gave Hazel an angered stare.
"Well, Piper, Jason, Annabeth, and we even convinced Calypso to come back as well. I can't wait to see the looks on their faces after they see Leo is back!" she replied, giving Rachel an apologetic look.
Hazel pumped her fist in the air, and went over to high-five Percy, whose eyes were once again on the danger of popping out of his skull.
"Wait, Annabeth and Calypso are coming?!"
I didn't understand why this would be a bad thing.
"Annabeth's his girl friend," explained Rachel. "And Calypso is also Le-"
Percy interupted Rachel from finishing her sentence.
"Hazel," he went over, and whispered a few things to her. Hazel's eyes widened in shock as she looked back at me and then back at Percy, who nodded.
"Y-you and Leo are dating?" she asked, as if this wasn't the most obvious thing to be catching onto.
"Yea," I managed to reply, though it sounded abit weak and high pitched.
Hazel looked like she was trying to find the right words to say something, before Percy pulled my arm and prodded me playfully.
"Lily and I have some shopping to do," he winked at me. "So if you don't mind, we'll be in Upper New Rome, okay, bye!"
"Run," he whispered into my ear.
We both dashed out of the empty cabin, leaving a confused Rachel and an upset Hazel.
After finally walking into the busy streets of New Rome, Percy kissed my palm and promised me sincerly, "How about I present you with a fine dress to go with a fine double date with Leo, Annabeth and me?'
My jaws dropped open and I thought it was very sweet for him. After all, after what happened last night, we definately needed sometime with our own love interests.
I nodded, "C'mon, monsieur," I said with a french accent.
"Lead the way, mon ami," replied Percy, while trying to hold a laugh.
