What do you do when you just can't sleep?
what do you do when you are just too excited to sleep but you have to?
What do you do when you just can't sleep but you're soooo tired?
Are you a good fake sleeper?
Any tips to sleep when you are having trouble??

Breathe
listen to calm and quiet music
tidy up your sleeping environment
block out light
stay away from phones, computers, etc.
think happy thoughts or empty your mind
close your eyes
