Honour and sacrifice
Battle #2
Monster attacks aren't uncommon, but now there has been more than ever. Strange creatures have been flowing through the valley, all the way from the Northern Mountains. We had to escape to the wilderness because our first attack sent us sprawling. Thalia's tree had been poisoned, again.most of the camp panicked, and few escaped. Phoebe, Hugo, Holly and I. Plus 53 other campers I can't name right now because I'm to busy fighting our next ambush. More hellhounds. I couldn't believe how short it had been between our two attacks. Monsters swarmed through the temporairy camp like bees in a hive. Phoebe and I fought back to back, constantly ducking and jumping. Hugo and Holly were doing the same thing, fighting ferociously. Monsters leaped at us in every direction, giving campers aweful wounds. I felt a surge of protectiveness wash over me. These guys were my friends and family, and I wasn't even good enough to help them. I knew it was unreasonable to think that way, especially in battle. Only then did I realize that Phoebe had been dragged away from me and I was now pinned up against a rock. So much for being a son of Athena, I thought as a hellhound brought its huge paws down on me. I blacked out.
Notes
Sorry its short! I have to go do something really important!!
@Constrictor
Sorry I kinda thought about the "one second knocked out and the next fighting" I doesn't seem so realistic:)
