A birthday to never forget

Jason tied the final ballooon and sighed. He couldn't believe it, his little boy was turning 1! He smelled something burning.....
"Looks like Your moms was cooking again." Jason said looking at his son.
"Daddy can you tell me a story?" Little Leo asked
Jason smiled "of course, get comfortable" Jason sat down and let Leo crawl into his lap.
" can you tell me a story about Uncle Leo?" Leo requested.
" once upon a time, I woke up on a bus, holding hands with a girl...." Jason began
"Was the girl mommy?"Leo interrupted
"Yes and next to me was a strange boy, he was fiddling around with some sort of doohickey. He kept Telling these jokes, his name was Leo. When the bus finally stopped we were at the Grand Canyon. Me and Leo were partners for a worksheet, well instead of doing the work he built a mini helicopter out of pipe cleaners." Jason continued.
"And the you were attacked by the wind, and uncle Leo was saved by a goat and you jumped of the canyon to save mommy?" Leo finished
" you're right, have I told you this story before?" Jason asked
Leo nodded then jumped off of Jason and went to go play. Jason had a lot more work to do, he had to get This party ready, and then he had to go pick up a cake to replace whatever piper was trying to make.
Piper came out of the kitchen holding what looks like a cake that was pulled out the garbage.
" Pipes do you want me to go pick up a cake?" Jason asked
"Yeah that would be nice, guests are going to be here soon." Piper replied
Jason grabbed his car keys and left.
