Omega Commander of Chaos's Army

My life just ended because of someone I don’t know. I never want to see this hell again. I used to think of this as a safe haven but now it is a living hell.
I start to walk to my cabin. On the way Nico asks “hey man. I am so sorry. I will stick with you through this. You are the closest thing I got to a brother”. I grin and say “thanks man, but I am leaving this hell”.
“Then I’m going with you” he said it so enthusiastically, I almost forgot who he was.
“Thanks man”.
He goes to his cabin and I go to mine. I get there and no one is there. Thank the gods. I pack my bags and shoulder my bag. I walk out to meet Nico, who is lurking in the shadows of my cabin. Without a word we head into the woods.
We walk through the shadows of the trees. I remember when I and Annabeth had went on one of our dates here. I push the thought out of my head and keep advancing into the darkness of the forest. We walk all the way to Zeus’s fist. Can you guess who’s there? Leo.
“Hey what up with you two? Wait Death Boy here always has something up” Leo says.
“You better watch it Valdez. I am not in a good mood and don’t call me that” Nico snaps back. “Hey what’s up with you Perc? I thought it was your birthday” Leo asks. “It is but I just broke up with Annabeth”.
“Why? What she do?” Leo asks. Nico pulls out an iPhone and turns on a video. It is exactly what happened. I turn my head and grit my teeth. “Just turn it off please” I say. Nico turns off the phone and puts it back in his pocket. Leo says “I am so sorry man but you got me and Nico. I will be with you all the way”. I nod.
We walk to Bunker 9 so Leo can get his stuff. Nico and me just lean against the wall while we wait for Leo. I wonder what he is packing. I thought he kept all of his belongings in his army jacket.
When Leo comes out he has a simple backpack. Just a black backpack and his army jacket. “What you pack that took so long?” I ask. “Just some nuts, bolts, clothes that kind of thing”. “Well let’s hit the road. This hell doesn’t deserve our presence” Nico says.
We start walking towards the beach. I don’t know why but we are. I can’t believe how my birthday became a total shit storm. Nico says “I think it would be faster to shadow travel. Mainly because I haven’t done it since you guys defeated Gaea. Getting kind of restless”. “We don’t know where we’re going so better not” I say. Nico groans but keeps advancing.
Right before we exit the forest a black portal opens up. I jump back but the other two just stand there. They were unfazed by all of this. Right when I thought it couldn’t get any weirder, a man in a black cloak steps out of the portal. I could feel his power. Leo and Nico knelt so I tried to follow their example. “Rise” said the man. He had a deep voice. We stood and Nico says “Chaos we have done what you have asked”. The man smiles but I can’t tell what he is thinking. He has a mask covering his upper face. “Excellent Zeta and Gamma. We now have our new commander” says Chaos. “Ok what is going on and why did you call Nico Zeta? Isn’t that a letter of the Greek Alphabet?”
“Yes it is and I called Nico Zeta because that is his name. They are code names for my army. I came here today to ask you a very important question. Will you be the commander of my army and leave all this drama?”
I know what to say. This is exactly what I needed. To get away from this hell hole. “Yes I will” I say. Leo gives me a pat on the back. "Well then we should be getting back to my palace” Chaos says. He takes a step into the portal. Nico and Leo follow. I follow them. When I walk into the portal, it looks like the night sky. It looks beautiful. I see the other half of the portal. When we walk through the portal, it still looks like the universe. Galaxies and planets cover the walls.
