The World Through My Eyes

Have you ever wondered "I wonder if that person likes me" or "does he think I'm weird"? I never have. I've always known that people look at me as an outcast. At first you try to change so that their opinion changes in tandem, but you soon realize that you can only change so much.
Eventually, you'll stop trying and give up the that you might be anything but a loser. I've never been bullied, but I've always known what people thought of me. My dad tried to uplift me, but I saw he only thought the same thing.
My name is Kori Sighy, and I'm a daughter of Theia. My sight transcends just the physical world as I can see peoples innermost thoughts and the depths of their soul. I lived in Rhode Island most of my life. At least until I turned 16 and left looking for Acceptance.
Now a full year and a half later. My journey has lead me to New York. A supposed camp go demigods is located nearby, but I'm not the spawn of a god so I'll probably just be an outcast there as well. Oh well, I guess anything is possible.
