At a Meeting in Olympus that the Seven were invited to the gods inform the young demigods of a choice that could change their lives. "We have acknowledged that we have cause so much hardship in your lives due to our inability to do anything ourselves leaving everything to you" Zeus proclaims.
Unable to realize the weight of the situation Percy nonchalantly replies "So?" Zeus Leans back and whispers into Poseidon's ear "Are you sure we can trust them with this they're still so young?". Poseidon sighs "You've seen what they can do, and they've been through about as much fighting as us.".
