Leo's Birthday

Leo didn't expect much when he woke up that morning. He didn't even think his friends knew today was his birthday, which is why he was so suprised at what happened.

Leo had spent the night in Bunker 9. When he woke up, Calypso was no where to be seen. Leo figured that she was probably just at breakfast or something.

"Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me," Leo whispered as he got dressed. Even though he had a girlfriend now, he'd always be the seventh wheel among his friends. (AN: This is what Leo thinks! I do not and his friends don't either) Once he got dressed he headed to the dining pavilion. He sat down with all his friends. Chiron allowed the Seven, Nico, and Calypso to sit together after the war, just so some of them wouldn't have to sit alone.

"Good Morning Leo," Calypso greeted him.

"Morning Sunshine," he smiled. Leo kissed her on the cheek and sat down.

Everyone chatted as as they ate breakfast, but the topic of Leo's birthday never came up. Not like Leo cared, his friends didn't know, right?

After breakfast, Leo decided he would spend some time in the forges. He loved being there and it seemed like a good place to spend his birthday.

However, when Leo came to eat lunch, none of the seven, Nico, or Calypso were at the table. He was a little late to lunch but that was weird. Where could his friends be? Leo decided he would eat lunch at the Hephaestus table and investigate later. After lunch, Leo bumped into Jason.

"Hey Jason, what's up?" Leo said.

"Oh hey Leo. I was looking for you. Calypso wanted to talk to you in Bunker 9. She said it was important."

"Ok," Leo nodded. They set off to Bunker 9. When Leo pushed open the door, all the lights were out.

"Why didn't she turn on the lights," Leo whisperd. Just as je was about to turn them on, they turned on.

"SUPRISE!" Everyone yelled. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEO!" Leo was in shock. Everyone was there. Jason, Piper, Percy, Annabeth, Frank, Hazel, Nico, Will, Calypso and even Reyna. Leo was just standing there like a dope with his mouth hanging open when Jason patted his shoulder.

"Well?" He asked.

"How did you? How'd you know it was my birthday?!" Leo asked, still in shock.

"We have our ways," Piper shrugged.

"Come on Leo!" Calypso said! "Let's have fun!" Annabeth turned on the radio and the party started. Leo started to notice the decorations, one of them saying: Mr. Mcshizzle Bad Boy Supreme. Leo smiled at that. But the sign that caught his eye was one saying, you'll never be the Seventh wheel.

The party was one of the most fun days of Leo's life. Everyone danced and talked and sang karaoke. Percy, Jason and Leo convinced Frank and Nico to sing one direction, which made them super uncomfortable and resulted in a lot of giggling from the girls. When a slow song played all the couples danced. Leo was smiling like a dork the whole time.

The cake was gigantic. It was vanilla cake with red icing all around it and was decorated with more icing to look like flames. "Happy Birthday Bad Boy Supreme" was written in white icing on the top. It was delicious. Everyone got cake all over their faces. Percy and Leo both smashed cake into their girlfriend's faces and then everyone burst into a huge food fight with cake. Leo had cake all over his face and in his hair but he didn't care. He was having the time of his life. The day ended with him and Calypso sitting by the lake after the party.

"Happy Birthday you dork," Calypso smiled.

"Who are you calling a dork?" Leo asked, pretending to be offended.

"I'm calling you a dork, Leo. Because you are one."

"If I'm a dork then that means you're dating a dork."

Calypso giggled. "I think I can live with that. Leo kissed Calypso and then focused on the sparkling lake. This was officially his best birthday ever.
