Leo walked on a beach, full of white glistening sand, towards a beautiful girl standing next to a celestial bronze dragon. "Are you ready to go?" Leo asked her. "Of course" the girl replied "Being on an island for millions of years makes you kind of want to get off of it". Leo laughed a little and helped her on to the mechanical dragon, and then proceeded to put some bags into a compartment in the dragons rear and hoist himself up near its head.
"You ready Fetus?" he asked to the dragon. The dragon blew steam out of his nose and a long series of creeks, clicks, and squeaks followed. Leo looked behind the girl back at the compartment he put the bags in, and looked back at the head of the dragon. "Yes I shut the latch, now can you get going already?" The girl had an astonished look on her face. "You can understand him? How?" she asked in an awe. Leo put on a mischievous smile "Well Calypso its rather easy. You just have understand morse code and apply that to the noises, and understand how lo-" Calypso put up her hands in surrender. "Never mind I asked." she said in an annoyed tone. He smirked. "Hold on tight" he told the girl. She then wrapped her arms around Leo's waist and leaned in and kissed his cheek. He blushed a little and started messing with a control panel implanted on the back of the dragons head. Soon the dragon started flapping its wings and they were up in the air. After a minute or two, Calypso tried to get Leo's attention.
"Leo?"
"Yes?"
"Where are we going?"
Leo smiled a genuine smile and replied "We're going to Camp Half Blood".

Nico woke with a start. He was in the Hades cabin at Camp Half Blood but the first thing he thought was Leo's alive, but that can't be. A month ago, he had watched Leo sacrifice himself to save the camp by crashing him and his dragon into the goddess Gaea, and then explode, leaving behind no evidence of his body or the dragon. Nico even felt Leo's essence die that day but now after that dream, he could sense Leo's essence alive and coming closer, and closer, and closer.
He looked over at the bed across from his, to see if Hazel was there so he could talk to her about it. Every month some Roman demigods come over or the Greeks would go to Camp Jupiter to visit and stay in touch. Frank, Hazel and Jason always came (although Jason comes here every other week due to building the altars for all the minor gods), but Reyna didn't always come because she was the co-praetor of the Roman camp along with Frank. But when Nico looked at Hazel's bed she was gone. He looked over at his alarm clock. 8:16. She must be with Frank he thought. Breakfast starts at 8:30, so she must be doing something with Frank. He quickly got out of bed, put on clean cloths, a black t-shirt, black jeans, and black Converse high-tops, and sped out of his cabin.
Once he got out side he saw campers on their way to the dining hall. He thought of who he could tell about Leo's essence and the first name that popped into his head was Jason. He started sprinting towards the Zeus cabin as fast as he could, nearly bull dozing several demigods and some saytrs in the process, and got there in the matter of seconds. He opened the door and found Jason putting on his shoes. The lack of knocking and the door being flung opened must have surprised Jason, because he jumped and accidentally zapped his foot with electricity from his hand and yelped. Nico hustled over in front of Jason and started catching his breath. Jason looked up at him and smiled. "Can you please knock next time?" Nico just simply nodded, still catching his breath. "Are you coming to Breakfast with me cause if you are you need to brush your lions mane of hair you have their" Jason said as he looked at Nico's unbrushed hair. Nico just looked at him and said "I need to talk to you about something". Jason looked at his troubled face.
"What"
"Leo"
With that name Jason's smile turned into a worried, heartbroken look, and before Jason could reply Nico blurted out "He's still alive!". Shock and confusion took over Jason.
"How?" he asked.
"I had a dream vision".
Nico explained the dream with the most detail he could remember while Jason listened with a hopeful look on his face. Once he was finished, it took Jason a minute to process what he had been told but he flooded Nico with question after question.
"How did he survive?"
"I don't know".
"Who was the girl with him"
"Some girl named Calypso, I think".
"Why would he fake dyeing to get her?"
"Again I don't kno-".
Nico's sentence was cut short by the sound of a dragons roar above them. The boys looked at each other and ran out of the cabin. They looked at the direction the sound came from and no doubt in Nico's mind it was Leo and Calypso, but the campers had other ideas. Some recognized the Dragon and just stared in awe, others thought it was a real dragon and had weapons ready at hand, and others where just frightened and they screamed. Nico took immediately took action when he saw someone shoot and arrow towards Festus, he started screaming "Cease fire!" "Cease fire!", and soon Jason was yelling it too. Once everyone heard their message, they lowered their weapons and made more room for Festus to land. Every demigod in camp was here, but Nico was only looking for Hazel, Frank, Percy, and Annabeth, but they where nowhere in sight. Nico looked at Jason and just as he suspected he was searching for Piper, when she came running over. "Is that Festus?" she asked with a tone of shock in her voice. Before Jason could reply, Nico said with a grave voice "Yeah but it comes with a package".
And with that, they watch in silents as the huge dragon lands at the bottom of Half Blood hill, in front of everyone. As the dragon lands its wings come towards its body and it goes still. A heard of gasps come from the crowd as he jumps of Festus and helps the girl down. Then Leo Valdez turns around to face the crowd and smiles "Hi everyone. Miss me?"
