Fangirls

I flip out

Sara's POV
I HATE being told what to do. When Piper charmspeaked me, I could not make my own descisions. "I need your help." She said.
"Whatever you need." I heard myself say in a monotone voice. Wait, what? I must have looked confused because Piper reasurred me. "Don't worry, everything is fine." And I felt a bit better. But I still wasn't at ease.
There seemed to be a little voice in my head. This is not you. Fight back! I felt a tingling sensation going through my bones.
"I don't want to be controlled." I muttered. My head felts if it were going to split open. Then everything went black.

When I woke up I had a gigantic headache. I felt so weak I could barely sit up. I took in my surroundings. I was in a hospital bed with a small table to the right. The infirmary. To my left sat Chelsea.
"Uggh what happened? My head is killing me." I said in a hoarse voice.
"Sara! Oh my gods I was so worried!" Chelsea said, obviously relieved. Just then Piper walked over supported by Jason. "Chelsea, can we please talk in private?" She kindly requested. She looked bummed out, but she nodded and left.
"How in Hades did you do that?" She asked.
"Do what? Oh gods, did I hurt you?" I asked said panicking. Did I seriously do that to her?
"You probably hurt yourself more than you hurt me.I was unconcious for about 15 minutes with a broken ankle. You've been out for two days. What's the last thing you remember?" She explained.
"I remember you telling me everything is fine, and I remember saying 'I don't want to be ocntrolled' then everything went black." I said, my head pounding trying to think.
"Well, after that your eyes almost seemed to glow, and you burst with pure energy. It didn't even touch Chelsea. Anyways, we were wondering if you wanted to try nectar." She told me.
"Sure. If itl will make this damn headache go away, let's do it." I said, desperate to get rid of the pain. I have had a kidney stone before, so I have a high '10' on the pain scale. This was about a 9.
"Okay then. I'll go and get some." Jason said, rummaging through the medecine cabinets. He pulled out a canteen and poured it into a cup with some ice. He put in a straw and carefully handed it to me. My hands shook so much when I held it a little bit spilled on my shirt.
"I'd better hold that." He said grabbing it back. He fed the straw into my mouth and i sucked it up. It tasted like my grandmother's strawberry shortcake. The icing whipped to perfection, the strawberries fresh picked from her garden. She had been gone so long, I hardly remembered what it tasted like. Before I knew it, I was staring at ice in the bottom of a glass.
I tried to get up, but my knees buckled from beneath me. I barely caught myself on the bed.
As I pulled up on the bed and sat down. Annabeth walked in carrying a vase of flowers.
"Sympathy flowers. And you will never guess who they are from." Shd said handing them to me.
I plucked the card from the little plastic stick read th memo.'Get better soon. I like your style. When you recover, meet me at the lake. -Issac Arrowsmith'
"You're right Annabeth, I wouldn't guess. I don't know who the hell this fool is." I said pointing at the name. Piper gasped as she saw the name. "That's the jerk that pranked my cabin!" She said angrily. I was already forming a plan in my head. "Hey, can I bring that deck of cards?" I said pointing to the table in the corner. "Sure I guess." Annabeth said tossing them to me.
I got up again and successfully walked out the door and to the lake.
When If got there, I saw a blonde guy who I assumed was Issac. "Glad you could make it beautiful." He said smugly. " Me too. Before we talk wanna play a game?" I asked. Having older brothers, I had learned some nasty tricks. This was one of them. "Sure. What game?" He asked. "It's called 52 pickup. You'll catch on." I said with a smile. "Kay'" he said sitting down. "There are 52 cards in a deck correct?" I said. He nodded. I dumped the cards across the ground. "Now Pickup." I said. I jogged away with the satisfaction of revenge.
