Fangirls

After that deep and shocking talk from Chiron, Sara and I are left to ourselves. Sara mutters something pranking and the Stolls before running of excitedly.

I stand there wondering what to do first and just take in the scene and how actually ridiculous this is.

A couple of hours ago I was in New Zealand, sitting at my desk, writing with Sadie and now I'm in the midle of Camp Half Blood, a fake place made up by Rick Riordan, talking to the Characters of the freaking fictional book!

My family! I suddenly think, they're gonna think I was kidnapped or something. Well technically I was kidnapped but that's besides the point.

But I also have swim training tonight. It's Tuesday night, that means 30x100 on 1:30 (for non-swimers that's three kilometers at pretty much a sprint, for us slow ones anyway) theres no way my coach will let me off this easily.

"If you're wondering what's happening at home then don't worry because your family thinks you won an impromptu trip to Las Vegas for a month." I look around to see that Piper McLean is standing there.

"Well that's a massive excuse," I say a bit bewildered. "Las Vegas is like where I've always wanted to go though," I say weighing out wether they'll believe it or not.

"Don't worry, I told them." Piper says with a wink.
"Oh, yea, charmspeak!" I remember, "that must come in really handy." I muse.

"Oh trust me, it does." We laugh together.

"I WILL PERSONALLY KILL WHOEVER DID THIS. I AM COMING FOR YOU CONNOR AND TRAVIS!!!!!" We suddenly hear screamed across camp. I'd be suprised if they didn't hear it back in NZ. I look at Piper and she just laughs.

"Clarisse." Is all she needed to say before we both burst into laughter again.

"Look at these two beauties." A deep voice says from next to us. I look up to see the guy from earlier. Piper shoots daggers at him and he just smirks. She leans into my ear and whispers,

"Issac, undetermined and trouble maker, just last week he managed to put green dye all through every shampoo in my cabin." She says and I struggle not to laugh but it was funny.

"Telling the newbie all my secrets are we?" He winks at piper. She rolls her eyes and walks off saying somethings about washing the green out of another girls hair.

"Go away, I have to find Sara." I tell him turning my back to him. He grabs my shoulder and pulls me back to him.

"Shelby." He says and my eyes widen. Shelby. Seriously he thinks my name is Shelby?

"Not even close punk." I roll my eyes, what an idiot.

"Well you won't find Sara, she's with Clarisse." He tells me.

"So you think that's gonna wanna make me talk to you?" I drawl. This guy has nerve. "You don't even know my name." I scowl at him.

"Well, Chelsea, that is where you are wrong." He says using my real name. "Chelsea Delos." He says knowing he has my attention. "Yes the young writer from New Zealand, her story Demigods At Hogwarts is the second most popular on percyjacksonfanfiction.com." he starts spouting information about me.

"How do you know all that?" I ask almost afraid.

"Percy isn't the only one with a talent." He winks and then disappears. I blink twice at that weird encounter and then shake it off. That man is one of the crazies.

"So we know you've done archery before but these bows are different." Frank explains giving me a bow.

"How do you know that...wait never mind, I probably don't want to know." I sigh, having these strangers know everything about me is quite nerve rattling to be honest.

After about four hours of training with this bow I've hitten the target a grand total of eleven times.

"You are doing well Chelsea." Frank compliments me, "the bow would be one of the hardest weapons to learn, but you chose it." He says. Well I do really want to be good with it.

"Can we use the bow again tomorrow, I want to show you my boxing skills." I say with a grin, Frank raises his eyebrow but nods anyway.

"So, boxing huh?" He questions me.

"Yea, I've always hated it but my swim coach makes me do it for warm up and I was getting pretty good." I tell him and smirks,

"We'll see about that." He picks up a pair of boxing gloves and chucks them at me before grabbing his own. Together we walk into the ring and start to circle eachother. I go in, he goes out. He goes in, I go out. Then suddenly Frank get right up next to me and jabs into my stomach. I throw my fist up under his chin in an uppercut but he moves away and I end up punching the air. His fist comes flying at the side of my head and I hold up one arm to block that hit but his other fist was coming from the other side, he hits me in the side of my face and I grin, though I'm not sure why because I sorta suck at this. I go in for a right hook but he blocks it, he blocks every hit I go to take and somehow manages to squeeze in hitting me.

"Ok, you win." I hold my hands up getting him to stop. He stops instantly and comes over to me. I feel a sharp pain above my eyebrow and cringe as I put my hand up to it and see blood.

"Oh, Chelsea, I'm sorry. I just got caught up in the moment. No one here at Camp Half Blood ever wants to box with me." He says with a cute smile.

"Don't worry about it, I know I have a lot to learn," I say smiling. "Plus it was fun," I tell him. "You're a good coach."

"Thanks." He pats me on the shoulder, "Well I promised Hazel I'd meet her." He bows like a sensi and I copy before he walks away.

"I might go check on Sara, maybe she had more progress than me." I muse to myself wondering what weapons she'd chosen to learn.

P.S, has anyone here seen Heroes, I spent all of today watching it and finished season one and now I'm halfway through season two, it's amazing isn't it!
