The Battle Of The Empire

Adrianne was getting mad. It was at least two months since a new arrival. Its like they're dying off before they get to Camp Legacy. Adrianne had spent her whole life there , with no friends or parents. She was nice to everybody , and everybody liked her , she just had no friends. She had been seen doimg weird sleep walking things that she couldn't even remember.

"Hey , guess what!" Tamara said. She was a legacy of Demeter and Athena. She was pretty nice to Adrianne , despite the rumors that go on.

"Yeah ?" She answered mindlessly.

"There are three new arrivals. And they're important because their parents brought them here." Tamara said giddily. Adrianne stood up and whooped.

"Yes! Finally." She ran to the barrier. Three black vans pulled on the side of the hill. She went to greet them. Two black girls jumped out of one van. One had emerald green eyes , the other hazel. Out of the other van was a boy with curly brown locks and deep brown eyes.

"Hi , I'm Adrianne. And you are ?" She asked smiling. The first one to reply was the girl with green eyes.

"I'm Rider Zhang. This is my twin sister, Hunter Zhang." Hunter smiled. The boy spoke up.

"I'm Lucas Valdez. As you see , I have no siblings. They can get annoying." He grumbled.

"Well if you have no siblings , how do you know that ?" Adrianne asked.


"Birthday parties , outings , even maids act like little brothers."

"Wait , who's in the other van if its only three of us ?" Rider asked. Adrianne wondered the same thing. Suddenly the van doors opened. Out was two adults. A woman with a blonde curly ponytail and stormy gray eyes and a guy with jet black messy hair and stunning sea green eyes. Adrianne saw something in the two. Something she saw every time she looked in the mirror. The woman's stormy gray eyes matched hers , smart , stormy , and subtle. The man's messy black hair matched hers , glossy and black. She could see her coolness in his face , and her dominance in the woman's face. It couldn't be...

"Adrianne. We're your parents." The woman said smiling. She pursed her lips , trying not to cry. Adrianne ran up and hugged them.

"I'm Percy-"

"And Annabeth Jackson. How do I know your names ?" Adrianne asked. She was confused. She didn't often remember names , especially if its some one she never met.

"Zeus must have whispered it to you. When Do you remember our names ?" Her father asked.

"Only when your names are mentioned. Which is almost never..." She Said. She Started Talking Fast. "You Know , This Was A Great Reunion And All , But I Have To Get to the infirmary to tend to some that were hurt sparring." She said and walked off. Something was weird about this , and Adrianne knew it.
