Song-fic One-shots

It was a normal summer afternoon, after lunch and and Piper was leaving the mess hall, when she noticed a certain son of Jupiter alone at the Zeus table. Immediately, she forgot what she was doing, turned back and started to walk towards the table where the blonde boy was sitting.

-Hey! - She said while sitting next to him. She knew this was against the rules, but she was just talking to him. The boy jumped in surprise

- Gods! Don't do that again! I Didn't see you come! - Jason said still surprised.

- Sorry! Just wanted to say hi! - They looked at each other in silence for a second before the silence turned in laughs.

- You're such a geek! - The boy said, to the daughter of Aphrodite who was still giggling.

But the good humor ended up when Piper looked to her side and her sisters were all looking at them. Really? Don't they have something better to do than spy on the others? So she got an idea:

- Do you have anything planned for today? - She asked his friend

- Nops. why pipes? Is everything ok? You are looking at me with a strange face..

At the answer of the boy, Piper grabbed his hand and dragged him out of the mess hall with a "let's go somewhere else", and a death look at the Aphrodite table.

- What was that? - Jason asked, when both were out of sight of the girls behind the cabins

- They were looking at us! I can not be alone with you, without them look and makeand stuff ... I just wanted to be alone and talk to you for a minute without being interrupted - She let out, while her cheeks turned a light shade of pink

- Ohhh. I have an idea! Why don't we spend the rest of day together ?? Just us! We can tell Leo some lame excuse! - The son of Jupiter suggested

- OMG Really?! - The daughter of Aphrodite cried with a happy voice

- Yes, why not?

And he had no time to say anything more, because the girl threw her arms around him and hugged him tight.

- Hey! Can't breath! - He managed to say to the girl who was suffocating him. She let go of him

- Sorry again..- This day was going to be the best of the summer!

- So.. Where do you wanna go?? Maybe to the beach??

- Of course!! Let me go to my cabin!

The boy left her at her cabin to get her stuff, and that's when it hit her! She was going to spend the rest of the aftenoon with Jason! Just the two of them! Alone! This was a small problem. The problem is that Jason is his best friend, but, although she doesn't want to admit, she has some big crush on him.

Once she was ready, she stepped out of her cabin, to find the boy she was thinking of standing in front of her waiting

- Finally! Let's go? - He offered her his hand.

She took it, and they walked to the beach. Once there, they choosed a spot next to a and started to take their clothes off. Piper didn't noticed she was staring at Jason, until he called her

- What?

- It's just... You've been acting strange since I left you at your cabin..

- Ohh! It's nothing really. - She assured him, trying to hide the color her cheeks must have turned.

- Fine! But you know I'm here if you have any problem... - That made her smile. A true one, and at the same time wonder how could he be so oblivious.

She patted the spot next to her on the towel and the boy sat there. Next, she leaned against his shoulders. They stayed like that for a bit, enjoying the beach and each other's company.

- Hey! Thanks! For this day - Piper broke the silence

- Always! That's what friends are for, right?

- Best friends! - she corrected. They both smiled. Jason broke away from the girl

- In that case geek best friends! - And they started to laugh again.

That's when the boy turned to her, his face inches from hers. She looked at his eyes and right away she had to move back, because her heart started to beat at speed of light. She could hear it. But Jason didn't seemed to notice. They were so close... How in Hades didn't he noticed?!

- Ok You're acting strange today! What's up Pipes?? - The boy gave up on ignoring his preoccupation

- I said I'm ok, miss mommy! Maybe if we went for a swim...

- Oh that's what you want beauty queen?? - Jason answered with a smirk. So, the boy grabbed her, ran down the beach and threw the screaming girl in the water.

- Idiot! Why you did that?? - She said, tossing water at him

But he didn't answered. Instead, he tossed water back at her. And a very serious water fight, that lasted the rest of the day, started there.

Some hours later they decided to go back to the towel, and stayed there for a while. When It started to get cold, they cuddled together against each other.

- Maybe we should get going.. - Jason interrupted

-No! Lets stay just a little more. It's almost sunset

So, the boy threw his arms around the girl's waist and they stayed there in silence watching the orange and pink sky, until it was dinner time, and they had to go back to camp
