The Demon's Lullaby

The next thing I remember was I fell into DJ's arms.

"Wake up, son," a man in a giant cage said. "Wake up."
I managed to stand but every trial burns my energy. "Son?"
"Yes."
"A-apollo?"
"Yes," he said. I can't look directly in his image. He is so bright that I can say that he was clothed with the sun. "Wake up and save us."
"But.. How?" Finally, I managed to stand without falling and marched towards him.
"It's your task. I'll just guide you."
"But-"
"The guards are coming. It took us a lot of time to practice this simple magic. You need to go now, son." And everything faded.

"Thanks Will. I can't handle two blackouts in one day." Piper said.
"Uh.." I tried to stand but I fell into Will's arms.
"No standing. Doctors' orders." Will said.
"Okay, but I need to go to-"
"To rest." Will and Piper said in unison.
"But-"
"No but's." Piper said. I think she's charmspeaking me.
"Don't charmspeak on me, McLean." I glared on her. "Fine. I'll rest. But promise me. You'll wake me up when we have the you-know-what."
"I promise on the River Styx." Piper said.
Will helped me to stand and lead me to my cabin.
"I need to manage the quest." I muttered.
"Yes. We all know that."
I sat down in my bed. "I knew where Dad is."
"Eh?"
"Yes. He is in a mountain."
"How did you-?"
"I had this dream of Dad, okay?"
"What mountain?"
"I don't know." I said. "But I can see the uhm.. The San Francisco Bay from the summit."
"San Francisco Bay?!" Piper rushed towards by room. "No."
"Why?" Will asked.
"Mount Diablo. We've been there once. That's where Enceladus brought my dad. That's where we had our first sub-quest."
"So we know where to go now."
"Okay. We'll tell it to Annabeth. But. Don't. Stand." Will said. "Doctor's orders."
I nodded, closed my eyes, and drifted to Dream Land.
