(WARNING: the following fight is based before the Catching Fire book, after the Battle for Manhatten)
My name is StriderBro_ and this is Round Three of Death Battles.

Grover Underwood
BACKSTORY: Grover has had a hard life. His Papa goat was eaten by a cyclops, his Uncle Ferdinand turned to stone by Medusa, all of this while working for a searchers liscence and having to watch over Percy Jackson. Though Grover may shake in his hooves at the mention of certain one eyed monsters, he is loyal to a fault and will always look out for his friends. During a trip in the Labyrinth, Grover did the impossible. After centuries of satyrs looking, he finally found the God Pan, sickly and fading away. Pan told him that he had called him to him to be the new guardian of the forest (I stg, he's not the Lorax). Gladly taking on the responsibility, Grover now travels the world, helping out nature spirits wherever he can.
EQUIPMENT AND SKILLS: Knowing songs from hard rock to soft Gophor love ballads, Grover uses magical pan pipes as a main form of defense, his songs doing things like turning Titans into trees or directing people where they need to go. He also has the power 'Pan-ic'. A supersonic scream that decimates anything in its path and can deafen anything else around.
Grover may not be physically strong, but I wouldn't count him out in a fight.

Katniss Everdeen
BACKSTORY: Katniss was raised in District Tweleve of Panem along with her sister and mother, who lost their father in a mining incident. Before her father died though, he trained her in how to hunt, taking her outside the fences to get food they otherwise wouldn't have. One fateful day, known as 'The Reaping', her sister Prim was drawn to be apart of the Hunger Games, in which the Capitol pits children of the nation against each other in an arena to the death.
EQUIPMENT AND SKILLS: Faced against unimaginable odds, Katniss earned the love of the people of Panem and dominated the games, coming out alive with a boy from her district named Peeta. Katniss's survival instincts and skill with a bow not only kept her feed and warm but also alive and with proper defense against anyone who came her way. She can scale large trees, set traps, shoot a animal from a hundred yards away and outran a wild pack of mutated wolves.

RESULTS AND COMPARISON: Grovers powers with nature may be a huge advantage to him but there are qualitys you need to take to heart. For example, his Pan-ic may be a powerful ability but one use can completly drain his energy, making him pass out for hours. Another thing to take into consideration is how young and inexperienced he is compared to other satyrs. He may be their leader, but he is still a kid in their eyes. Katniss is a expert marksmen, Hunter, and tracker. With dry little difficulty, she could easily sneak up on Grover and put an Arrow between his ears.
