Mind games

"Leo come on we are going to miss the parade!" Sam yelled. We were going to a parade in honor of the Greek gods. Me and Sam had been in the same orphanage she showed me the ropes and we had been best freinds ever since. "Coming Sammy!" I yelled we raced out the door laughing and gigling. We raced through the crowd of people gigling and shoving. People gave us looks apparently we were bothering them. "This way Leo come on!" Sam yelled and took my hand. I really liked Sam she was my best freind. We finally made it. Many people in costumes were going by. "Look its Odyssius!" Sam said i noticed she didnt let go of my hand. "Hey check it out its Heraclese!" I said she grinned. "Im going to be a Greek hero when i grow up!" Sam said i grinned. "Me to. We will still be bestfreinds right?" She grinned. "Right." If only i had known how harder my life would get. Or how i would loose Sam to a terrible enemy of the gods. If only.
