Falling to Pieces
The Swarms
TIME LAPSE...
After explaining the whole situation to Annabeth I ran out to find Percy. I saw him and Jason fighting side by side. I ran up to them yelling at monsters to back off. the second I reached them I saw how tired they were. I poured all of the water I had onto Percy. He started whooping and yelling. He ran off to fight some monsters. I guessed i would have to go find him again. Ugh.
Jason was really slowing down. I ran over to him and killed all of the monsters that were around him. I preyed to my mom that what I was going to do next worked. I ran over to Jason and gave him a huge, proper and passionate kiss. He seemed surprised but soon after he got into it too. after around like 3 minutes I pulled away. He looked very awake like he could somersault over a whole mountain. I told him: "Go. We both have things to do. I love you" I gave him a quick kiss and went to find Percy.
When I finally got to Percy he was standing with piles of dust around him. I guess those monsters are sorry they came. When I told him about Annabeth I saw something I'd never thought I'd see in him again; fragileness. He looked like any second he would shatter into a million little pieces. He started running in the direction of the infirmary. He mindlessly swiped through the air missing every monster and miraculously campers. Monsters just kept going after him ignoring all of the other targets. I guess he realized that the monsters were coming right behind him, and if they did, he would end up leading them straight to Annabeth. He turned around at the speed of light and managed to kill some of the monsters.
The monsters kept swarming in so he rushed to me and we decided to take out the injured campers since they were in good enough shape to fight. We also decided to move Annabeth to a safe house we had made in the woods for emergencies. He made a giant run for it and ran all the way to the infirmary and shut the door behind him on a bunch of monsters.
