Truth or Dare- With a Twist

“So who’s turn is it?” Annabeth asked.
“Mine I guess.” said Jason, “ Rachel, truth or dare?”
“Truth.” replied a startled Rachel.
“Who is your favorite demigod here, aside from Percy and Annabeth?”
“Um… I dunno. Reyna I guess.” said Rachel.
“Aw… thanks Rachel!” Reyna said, smiling.
“OH MA GAWDS!!!” shouted Percy
“What?!” asked 6 confused demigods and a confused mortal.
“REYNA SMILED!!!” Percy exclaimed.
“Your point is…?” Reyna asked.
“YOU NEVER SMILE!” Percy yelled.
“Yes I do Percy. Not often, but I do.”
“Like when?” Inquired Percy, interested.
“When I’m happy, proud, and when you shut the fuck up.”
“BURN!!!” Shouted Leo, lighting his hand on fire for emphasis.
Percy’s cheeks grew bright red. He gave an embarrassed laugh, and proceeded to stare into his shoelaces.
“Rachel, it’s your turn.” Said Connor.
“Oh yeah!” Said an excited Rachel. “Truth or dare, Percy Jackson?”
Percy raised his head. What was it, pick on Percy day? He thought.
“Truth. I guess.”
“Before you and Annabeth started dating, who did you have a crush on?” She asked, smirking evilly. Percy’s face grew pale. And it didn’t stop there. It went from white to green, to red, purple, and stopped at maroon. He dared to look at his girlfriend. She looked a bit nervous herself, and sent him a silent message: I don’t want to know.
Percy understood. He took a deep breath, looked Rachel straight in the eye, and said:
“Nope. Not today.”
Percy pressed the button in his hand.
Percy activated the fail safe.
