From Hero to Zero and Back Again

Nico's POV
Nico woke in a different bed than he was used to. He panicked for a moment, thinking of Percy's disappearance, then relaxed. He was in the infirmary. Will he thought. I forgot about that. He said 3 days... How bad could three days be?

Will's POV
Will decided to check in on Nico for a moment, as none of the wounded needed immediate medical attention. Broken arms and concussions could wait. He stuck his head through the doorway of the infirmary, and sure enough, Nico was awake.Will had always thought Nico was a little cute, in a small, murderous kind of way. And lying in bed, hardly awake, Will had to admit that he no longer thought the fact that his own father, the god Apollo had fallen in love with both men and women, as Will realized that both could be beautiful, or just the right one.

Nico's POV
Nico rubbed his eyes and spotted a blonde haired head sticking in the doorway. "Hi Will" he said, feeling slightly more cheerful than when he had a few seconds ago. "Neeks! Your up!" Will exclaimed, stating the obvious. "Don't call me Neeks!" Nico pouted, a trick that always seemed to work, but never did. Well, some things never change. "Alright Neeks, how about Death Boy? Or Smoke? I like Smoke..." Will joked. "Oh Gods, go back to Neeks! Those are horrible!" Nico squeeked, sounding genuinely alarmed. "Knew we'd get there in the end, Neeks." Will smiled.
