The Daughter of Neptune

A cry resounded through the hospital, and suddenly, a man appeared in a flash of bright light. Yet, the people passing by seemed to have not noticed.

The man walked through the building and stopped in front of the door and entered. The doctor is holding a baby. The moment he saw the man, he stopped.

"I am the baby's father" he informed the doctor, who immediately relaxed.

"Babies, actually" the doctor told the man.

The man stopped and frowned. He looked over to the woman lying in the bed and looking back at him. Beside her is another baby.

"You just had twins, sir" the doctor said.

Then, he handed the baby to its father and left, giving the woman and the man a chance to speak to each other.

"Sally" the man said. "Why have you not told me of this earlier?"

The woman, Sally bit her lip. "I knew your brother would be after them, so I kept it a secret, Poseidon."

Poseidon nodded in underatanding. He had other plans for the girl.
