Frosted Existence

YES! I'm the first one in the dorm room! I fell onto the fluffy couch. I couldn't feel my arms. For some reason I need the urge to take all my bags in one trip. I gathered my energy and dragged all my bags into the girls-part of the dorm room. Right as I was about to unpack my bag I heard the door creak open. "HI!"I shouted.

"Ahhhhhh!" the girl yelled "On sorry you scared me. My name is Imphine. What's your name?"

Oh good she was easy to scare. This will be fun. "Loriviv but everybody calls me Viv!" I answered "By the way I talk a lot:"

"Uh... great!"


The girl looked Korean. She had long black hair that was tied in to big ponytails on the side of her head. There was a big green bow on top of her head. She wore suspenders, jeans and a white blouse. She also had dark blue eyes. "I'm going to get the rest of my bags." Imphine said.

"I'll come with you I need to say goodbye to my dad."

30minutes later a boy with blonde hair came in and a boy with light brown hair followed. "Hi I'm Devin." the boy with blonde said.

"And I'm Dawn." the boy with light brown hair said.

"I'm Viv and this is my new best friend Imphine."

"I'm your best friend now?"

"Yep!"

Another guy came in with brown hair and glasses. "0hhhh. I know you. After you introduce yourself. I'm Viv and this is Imphine, Devin and Dawn!"

"Awesome! My name is Laurence!"

" You seem like somebody that is peppy talks to much. Let's be friends!"

"Cool!"

One hour later we filled ourselves with the froyo machine that Devin brought. Soon a girl came in. She had light and dark brown hair and had the most beautiful blue eyes. "Hi!" I squealed.

"You guys look like you are drunk but with frozen yogurt instead of wine." she said quietly.

"Thanks!"

Wait. She had books in her hands and when she talked she wasn't very loud. Oh no. She was the smart and shy type. Oh that poor girl. She will never survive me.

Finally our dorm room was complete. Everybody was done unpacking. We were all settled in. Our group went down to see what clubs and such they had and to get our picture taken. As a group club all of us chose Spotlight, a club for dancing singing and acting, For some reason it just sounded fun. The tryouts are next Tuesday. The song is "Last Shot" by some Netflix original show Lost and Found studios. Eliza the quiet girl and Dawn joined the art program and Eliza also got into a architecture program that she signed up for before she got to school. I got into an extra music program and a art club called COLORFUL. Yes it is in all caps. It was screaming my name. Some people call me Iris junior. I don't even know what that means! For the pictures you only had a second to pose so Imphine did jazz hands, Dawn did a hair flip and looked at the camera coolly, Devin did a "hey there" pose, Laurence waved at the camera, I did my annual glitter where I open my hands up and glitter shoots everywhere. Lastly Eliza put her hair up and let it fall while she had her nose in her book. It looked really cool. When we got back we got our cards. Mine said Laurawiv Poppy, Eliza's said Elizza Queen, Imphine's said Phoney Finy, Dawn's said Hon Silvia, Devin's said Dobin Itraining and Laurence's said Lourex Valentine. We agreed that Imphine had the worst first name and that Devin had the worst last name. Now everyone is calling me Wiv. Later that day after we explored the campus we snuggled into our new beds, which were surprising comfy. When all of us couldn't go to sleep at 11:00 at night (Eliza made sure that we all went to bed early) we all got on the floor and played Uno till 2:00 am. Then we all went back to sleep. Best day ever!
