Hestia

I hopped up from the hearth. I'll be honest, I was board. The only gods up were the goddesses and they were doing other stuff. It was only when the (*cough lazy cough*) men got up we all had breakfast at the hearth. I walked over to Hera's bench. Why was there such thing as sleeping in? I moved on over to the giant arch setting an entry for the hearth room. I felt the soft flowers moaning to be free. I walked over to the room below the hearth. It was the one full of pictures of Zeus from different era's. I looked around the room and then saw something that I hadn't noticed before. There was an empty corner by the picture's of Zeus from his first era. I walked over to the corner and slumped down. I ran my hand across a broken fragment of the wall. Suddenly where I was sitting opened up and I started falling through crackles of darkness. Thunder erupted lighting spit around me. I looked down and I couldn't see the end. I was in the air for about three minutes gathering speed on my way down. Finally I reached the bottom and landed with a loud "thump." The room was pitch dark but the pottery lit the room up. I looked down at the floor. It was made of glass. Slowly I started to hear a voice luring me to it. I couldn't hear it clearly though. I stopped in the middle of the room. "Hey," the voice whispered. "Hey you. Do what I say and you can find me."

"Ummm... okay." I replied.

"Okay. Go right. No your other right! Wait, you got it correct. Never mind. Go left. Now go straight. Then right, backwards to the left a bit and look down!"

I looked down and there in front of my eyes was a talking toothbrush. "What are you?" I asked.

"I am the might, magical, talking toothbrush!" The toothbrush answered. "Here pick me up and stroke my face three times. Then touch that little hole on me.

I did what the toothbrush said and once again I was falling through darkness but this time I was spinning more than falling. Blackness swirled around me. There was hints of purple and ecstatic yellow. My body started to form into a glob as the darkness swallowed me in. I then hit the floor.

I woke up in, you'll never guess! Darkness! I lifted my body off the floor. I was on some type of platform. Over in the distance. There was a spotlight. For some reason my body had the urge to go to the light. Like a moth I ran to it.

After what seemed like forever the hallway stopped and I stepped into the light. "Morning Hestia." a voice said from behind me.

I turned around and saw a woman locked up in a cage. She looked a lot like me and she wore a dress of... lighting? "How do you know me?" I asked "I've never seen you in my life and if you've seen me before than why are you locked up in a cage?"

"Well Zeus locked me in here. The prison bars can only be moved by him so maybe there's a possibility I've seen you before. I was locked in here because Zeus wanted power and by putting me here he's got it. Now... I need something from you."

"You still didn't tell me how you know me. Also I want another question, who are you?"

"You want the honest truth?"

I nodded my head. "Well, that answer is simple. I know you from a long time ago. From the battle of the Titan's and the gods. I fought in that war but everyone seemed to forget me. I fought alongside with you and you siblings."

"But that's impossible! Your lying! I have an excellent memory and I know who fought with me."

"Yes but, who was actually the first person that Zeus dated? Lethe, right? So Zeus did this to erase me from you and your siblings memory's. Who am I is quite simple. I am Lutica, Queen of Lightning! But more importantly Hestia, I am your sister."

Suddenly memories started rushing to me. Lutica with a lightning bolt in her hands. Lutica in the middle of our hug circle. Lutica being frowned at by Zeus as we talked together. Zeus threating Lutica. So many memories filled me up. Making my brain whole. I couldn't take so much information once at a time. My body fell to the ground and I fainted.
