The Sisters

It was a gray day on Olympus. The clouds were less puffy and the wind was blowing hard. Most of the gods just assumed that Zeus was angry but Hera knew why. Eileithyia sat on Hera's bed while facing her back. "How...could you?" Hera sniffled angrily. "She is now in danger...,because of you."

"I'm sorry mother," she cried bending down on her knee's "He made me...he forced me. He said he would send me to the pits of T...T...Tartarus if I didn't tell him."

Hera turned around. "He dangled me UPSIDE DOWN in Tartarus. You would've been fine."

"B-but how would people have children?"

"Unless they were having one with a Greek god, they would be fine. There are other gods and other religions out there."

"Even if Zeus didn't find out from... me, how would you hide her? Or were you just gonna kill her?"

"Actually yes I was going to kill her, but now since Zeus knows about it I have to protect her. I had to ask Khione to freeze her in a block of ice and hide her until she is ready."

"Ready for what!"

The wind started to get stronger as they felt the presence of Zeus. "You need to go. Now. I'll deal with you later."

Eileithyia disappeared and Hera sat down in the now empty spot, preparing for the wrath of Zeus. The wind slowed for a second as if she was in the eye of the hurricane. It was somewhat peaceful. Then the door slammed open as Zeus emerged. from the outside. "Hello Hera," He scoffed bitterly. "Where is she?"

"Hidden until the time comes."

"Why, Hera? You promised."

"Couples are all about feelings, connections. By doing this I made you feel what I feel. I made you connect with me. Oh and don't you say anything about promises. You promised too and you broke that promise years ago. My heart was shattered, every single time it was shattered and filled with anger. Maybe I should be thanking you. My heart is strong now because I got used to the feeling of pain. Maybe you should get to know what it feels like too."

"Your lucky I'm not going to kill her when she emerges. I'm going to let fate kill her, but Hera. Remember this. She will eventually die and there is no point to try and help her."

"Why?"

"Because, she dose not deserve to be alive.'"

The he left, closing the door hard behind.
