Percy POV

I was was going to Olympus going to ask Zeus a favor since I am a hero i get my own key to Olympus when i got their i heard arguing of Artemis and Apollo on who is older my dad 'Poseidon' and Zeus playing cards and at first they didn't saw me and i shouted "Zeus i have a favor" and Zeus was saw me and said "What is Perseus" Zeus was interested I said "I wan't to die" Poseidon was in shock so did all of the Gods "Why do you wan't to die Hero" Zeus said in shock "because i got no purpose in life everybody in camp Half-Blood has forgotten me my girlfriend Annabeth Chase has chosen architecture over me" Zeus was thinking and said "so you wan't to die because you have no purpose in life" I nodded "I will not grant you your wish to die"
I was angry and said "WHY!! all I-" I was cut off bu Zeus and said "Instead i will make you the guardian of Artemis The Guardian of the Hunters" i was shocked so did the gods I was looking at Zeus like it was a joke and somebody yelled "NO father my hunters will kill him besides why in the world would i accept a boy as the guardian of the hu-" Artemis was cut by Zeus "Why because he saved you 2 and i think he should be given a chance what do you say Perseus" I was in shock and said "I will and i will swear to the river styx and Chaos that i will protect lady Artemis and hunters" the gods where in shock when i swore to Chaos "Boy i think you s-" he was cut off by a dark ball in the center of the throne room "I've been watching Perseus Jackson this is the first time somebody swore on my name and for your courage i will not kill you" Chaos said everyone at the throne room knelt down by the presence of chaos "And for that i will give you some of my powers and give you the ability to turn into a wolf and a eagle" and Chaos handed me a weapon it was made from metal i have never seen before "It is made from Chaos metal the most indestructible metal in the universe" and before i knew it Chaos was gone everyone was silent and Zeus spoke "well then Perseus Jackson you are the new guardian of the hunters" and Hades stood up and said "Well then Percy i will give you this" he handed me a cloak "It hides your identity the only thing we will see is your mouth and nose" and Hestia stood up "And i will give you some of my power to control fire and change fire to Greek fire (greek fire is a powerful fire that burns even under water)" I said " Thank you Hades and Hestia and Zeus can i ask you for another favor" Zeus said " what is it Perseus" i pulled riptide out off my pocket and said out loud "Riptide you have been a amzing sword not i must unclaimed you and don't let anybody take you unless it's me or a worthy hero" I struck it into the ground and lightning,fire and water surrounded riptide "Look after it and find a worthy hero to claim it" the gods was in shock Poseidon was even more shock

Artemis POV
I was thinking to myself how the hunters would react "ok Percy i will meet you at central park"
and i flashed out of olympus

Percy POV
i turned to everyone and said "well goodbye" and turned into a eagle and jump off Olympus
