I ran out of the forest then yelped jumping back as a balls of flames hit the ground beside me. I look around wildly my ADHD mind whirling trying to fit togeather what just happened, then I spotted Nico. Nico was holding a night black sword covered in a thick goo, which honestly didn't shock me but what did was the huge beast that he was facing. The beast had a long body covered in plate-like scales, golden eyes, and four muscular legs with 5 sharp talons. I stopped breathing, frozen in fear watching the beast and Nico as they fought my mouth open. Nico yelled as the monster's tail slammed into him and sending him flying into the school wall. I shook my head, clearing my thoughts and subconsciously reaching for my bow then I knock an arrow and aimed it at the glowing yellow eye of the serpent. I let it go and watched it fly through the air and strike exactly where I aimed and the monster shreaked in fury it's hed thrown back in pain. I took the moment to run over to Nico who was trying to lift himself off the ground but failing each time "Nico!" I cried "are you ok?". He nodded grimmly "ya I think so but I won't be able to fight the drakon. I cocked my head confused "huh?" I asked him "The big thing you shot in the eye with an arrow is called a drakon" He explain rolling his eyes. I gritted my teeth about to throw a bitter retort back at him when the drakon's claws grabbed at my shoulders. I ducked at just the right time then whipped around and shot another arrow at it and shot arrow after arrow at it trying to find a chip in it's hard scaled body.
