The Son of Chaos
Kronos
"Hello, Jackson", Kronos said, his voice full of spite. "Hey buddy, how are you", I said to him. The rest of the group looked at me like I had a loose screw. Leo even pulled out a wrench from his magic tool belt and said, "You need some help, Percy?". I gave Leo a look that said 'touch me and die' then looked at the others and said, "Don't worry guys. We can do this". Then I looked at Kronos and said, "Why are you here anyways? Didn't I beat you so badly you disintegrated?". Kronos took that as a declaration of battle and leaped at me. His scythe materialized out of nowhere, and he slashed at me. I grabbed my pen, uncapped it, and blocked his attack. He was far more powerful than the last time I fought him, probably because he was restricted to a human body. But, now that he had an immortal body and power over time, this was going to be difficult. Your probably wondering, "Percy, didn't you easily defeat three Giants? This should be nothing". There is a difference between Giants and Titans. Giants can be disintegrated. Titans can't. At the end of the first Titan War, since the Titans were immortal and the Gods couldn't kill them, the Gods had to imprison the Titans. Also, this is the Titan Lord we're talking about. He is many times stronger than any Giant, except for Porphyrion. We clashed for a few minutes before he cheaply threw sand in my face. While I was momentarily blinded, he knocked me down and slowed time to catch his breath. "You have improved Jackson, I will give you that. But you are no match for the Titan Lord Kronos!", he said with a booming voice that all immortal beings seem to have. He walked toward me leisurely, like he had all the time in the world, which he did. He slowly raised his scythe, then swung it down- and hit nothing, for I was already up and behind him. I stabbed through the chest with Riptide, then pulled it out. The blade dripped golden ichor. Kronos roared in pain, and while he was injured, time went back to normal. The others looked confused when they saw me with my sword dipping ichor, and Kronos writhing in pain. They decided to just go with it and attacked the Giants. Every Giant rushed to meet their attackers in battle. Ephialtes and Otis fought Piper and Jason. Hazel went against Clytius, while Frank went after Alcyoneous. Leo was left with Polybotes, and Annabeth squared of with Enceladus in a battle of brains. Porphyrion seemed t be enjoying the show, so since he had such a smug look on his face, I quickly shot a fire ball at him then continued my battle. The fire hit him right between the eyes and he looked somewhat annoyed, but didn't get up. That was the best moment of that day, I later came to know. Jason was striking lightning at Ephialtes and Otis, while Piper cut up their feet and launched smoked hams at their heads. Hazel and Clytius were warring with the Mist. Frank had turned into an elephant and was having a sumo match with Alcyoneous. Leo was throwing grenades, fireballs, and mints at Polybotes. Annabeth was... playing chess with Enceladus? Whatever. None of it mattered since we didn't have the help of the Gods. As you already know, a Giant can only be killed by a demigod and a God working together. However, as the son of the Creator, I have the power to kill a Giant by myself, but I was occupied at the moment. Meanwhile, My hands were full fighting Kronos. While he kept slowing time, I kept accelerating so I could match his movements. Accelerating is a tiring thing to do for me. I was panting heavily, and it was only a matter of time before Kronos completely froze time to rest and recover. I had to move fast, and subdue him before he had the chance. I'm not sure if you know this, but the only way to subdue an immortal and keep them from using their power for a period of time is to somehow get liquid ambrosia into their system. Apparently, the ichor will harden and stop the flow of the ichor in their veins, cutting off their powers. One of the many things I learned from my father, but one of the most confusing things to understand. I had a syringe of liquid ambrosia in my pocket for such an occasion, just in case. You never know what can happen when your a demigod.
