Taken Away

I woke up to the sound of a crash in my cabin, I jumped out of bed with riptide in my hand only to come face to face with Annabeth. "Annabeth?" I asked groggily.

"Yes Seaweed Brain, it's me" replied Annabeth.

"What are you doing here?" I asked curiously.

"What cant a girl come and visit her boyfriend when she gets lonely?" Annabeth asked.

"You seriously put yourself at risk of harpy attack just so you could snuggle with me?" I asked.

"No seaweed brain, I came over to remind you of the meeting tomorrow at the big house. I think I might stay in your cabin because I dont like the sound the harpy's make," Annabeth pouted. I nodded and layed down on the king sized bed that I usually slept in when Tyson was here. Annabeth crawled into the bed and when her blond curls hit my face I fell asleep.

I woke up to the sound of bells ringing. "Annabeth," I said, shaking Annabeth lightly. She woke up immediatley and panicked.

"Are those warning bells?" Annabeth asked, I nodded glumly and pulled on my camp half-blood t-shirt,

"So much for our meeting," Annabeth grumbled.

"We'll have another one later," I encouraged.

"We said that last time and the time before that," she muttered.

"Oh Wise Girl, it will happen eventually" I said, she nodded and we charged outside to see a horrifying sight. The Minotaur, Medusa, Drachne, Kelly, and some hell hounds all in a kill circle knocking off demi-gods until they spotted me.

"Perseus Jackson, if you come with us we will leave your precious camp alone" The Minotaur said. I began sweating...

"If I refuse?" I asked.

"Then we destroy the camp, you know we wouldnt hesitate to do it starting with the blond right there," Medusa hissed.

"Find me," I whispered in Annabeth's ears and I slowly walked forward towards the monsters.

"Don't do it Percy! We can take them!" the camp yelled, I snapped on the inside. I couldnt loose anyone else. I couldnt and I wouldnt.

"No you cant, and you know that! All I ever do is put other people in danger so if this is going to save lives, I dont care if it's only one I sure as Hades will take it," I snapped at the campers, they gasped as Medusa came over and gently grabbed my arm I walked behind her willingly.

"Wise choice, son of Poseidon," she hissed. I rolled my eyes and kept walking leaving camp half-blood behind me.

Five Minutes Later

"We are here mistress," Kelly said to Medusa.

"Sit there Perseus," Medusa ordered, I calmly walked over to the chair where they bound me to it.

"Are you tired of being a demi-god and getting everyone you love hurt?" Medusa asked.

"Yes," I admitted.

"Then I suppose I am doing both you and me a favor," Medusa stated.

"What do you mean?" I asked, and as if answering my question pain shot down my back and spread through my body. When I relaxed I felt weak and Kelly dragged my off on to the curb of the road with a sign that said 'I'm lost and I dont remember who I am... can you help me?' A few people stopped and gave me pitiful looks but the rest ignored me while i wondered what they had done to me and why I hadnt gotten attacked by any monsters. I took a drink of water from a stream but I didnt feel any better and then I realized what they had done.

I was no longer a demi-god
