I really hadnt planned on revealing myself. But i thought that the campers had to feel the sting for betraying me. When I mean the campers, i meant Annabeth. I grimaced at the thought of her. I was not ready to forgive her. Not yet. I decided t wandered around the camp for awhile. A lot of campers stared at me but i took no notice. Once i reached Zeus' fist I sat down. I heard the craking of twigs behind me and turned. I saw a figure emerging outof the shadows. Nico. I had a bad feeling of what was going to happen."Beautiful day, huh?" I asked. "Yeah. Why did you leave?" Nico asked. My mind went blank. He didnt know?. After 5 damn years? "You dont know?" I asked. He shook his head. "You can ask Chiron." I said and turned away. "Oh, i Will. By the way, you better visit your mother. She's been worried sick." He said and melted into the shadows. I sighed. Of course, she's ben worried. Truth was I didnt want to go to my mom's house because i was afraid that the monsters would find me. Maybe it was time I went and saw her. I got up and concentrated. I felt myself turn into mist.
TIME LAPSE
10 minutes later I stood in front of my old house. It looked exactly the same. The door was old and worn out. I didnt wear my hoodie, because i didnt want to give my mom a heart attack. I knocked twice. "Coming!" a voice yelled from inside. I took adeep breath. I heard the lock being unlocked and the door flew open. My mom stood in front of me. Her hair is grey but she still looks the same. As loving as ever. She stared at. Tears gathered in her eyes. "Hey, Mom. Can I come in?"
